I didn't move them, and the willows now have kitaro's bloodline due to an experiment.

Kitaro experimented with the willows in the cloud village, sterilizing his own blood and taking out only the DNA containing his kekkei genkei. He then infused that DNA with the willow's, giving them his kekkei.

Where is the topic. If I would have seen it I would have stopped it. Its not possible to do such a thing. This also gives someone two kekke genkeis which is against the rules. Technically it would have erased there own kekke genkei.

I posted on it and you can see my opinion there. For now neither the jutsu or the weapon are approved.
