There was said to be a Bijuu sighting in Hidden Cloud. Man was it a drag that Metaru was the only one familiar with the area. Lightly, his feet clicked down onto the Raikage offices roof. Yeah, it was dangerous, but it provided the best view of the city.

"Alright Bijuu, now where would you be if I was you. Wait..." Confusing himself slightly Metaru began to mumble, not noticing the new presence.

Kitaro was standing behind Metaru he had used his lightning speed to teleport behind him "although you may not know me I am the new Raikage recently took over the position I have heard of you though Metaru..." Kitaro said as he pulled out his sword "you will not take the bijuu from this village" Kitaro said threatiningly

Metaru's face cracked into a grin. "Oh really...Raikage!"

Clear resentment in his voice, Metaru spun and raised to his feet in one fluid motion, pointing his index and middle fingers on his right hand straight for his opponent.

"Raiton: Raikou Bakuha!"

In the sheer instant that is a millisecond, energy gathered in Metaru's fingertips, then fired outwards, aiming to fry the Raikage.

Kitaro was ready for an attack so he swung his lightning inchanced sword and used it to absorb up the lightning "lightning wont work on me" Kitaro smiled as he said this and fired back a red lightning blast

Metaru raised a hand, and in response a magnetic field was generated in front of him. As the lightning hit the field, it skirted around the edges of it, going right around Metaru before connecting and passing him on the other side.

"For someone who knows so much about me, you should know it'll have very little effect on me as well. Besides, they don't just let anybody into Akatsuki these days." Metaru winked, and in response, the metal disk on his back changed shape, four large strands of seemingly liquid metal lunged out and reached for the Raikage.

Kitaro jumped back and used his lightning speed to teleport in front of the metalic liquid after doing this Kitaro pulled out his trusty bag of sand and threw several pieces of sand at Materu and threw some into the air "your still a tough fight I see" Kitaro said

Metaru laughed in a playful manner.

"Only the best!"

Forming three separate hand seals, Metaru spat a line of mud on the roof, letting it grow into a strong rock wall. As the sand beads bounced off, Metaru leapt backwards over the edge of the building, landing in the streets below.

If I stay here, the Raikage will have a harder time with some of his more destructive technique, he wouldn't want to hit his own people after all.

Kitaro jumped down after Metaru and followed him down the street. All I have to do is wait for my plan to kick into effect Kitaro said chasing down Metaru

Seeing the Raikage follow him down let Metaru know that no other troops were on their way, at least yet. Turning, he took off into a sprint taking a few steps before leaping a few feet off the ground. His metal disk, then wrapped around him, forming a sort of solid armor. Coming back down, he hit the ground with a thud, and continued to run, letting his momentum start to carry him through. Reaching the end of the street, he then simply lowered his head, not changing direction as a hotel came nearer. Simply ramming through the wall, he kept going, crashing through rooms and anything that was in his way until he was out the other side. If this worked, he could continue this until he broke the outer walls of the city.

Magnetic Release: Iron Body Technique [Kinzokuton: Tetsu Hada no Jutsu]

Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru will mold his metal plate around his body, using a large majority of it. This coating makes it appear as if Metaru were simply a statue, however he can still move by using his control over the metal. This creates an armor for him that is not only quite resistant and a good defensive tactic, the armor also aids in hand to hand, and allows Metaru to charge through practically anything given enough momentum. Though useful, this technique has many weaknesses.

Kitaro walked behind the path of destruction left by Metaru and payed for each to be fixed taking out a huge chunk of his personal funds "he will be back" Kitaro said "unless he dies before then" Kitaro muttered as he went back to his office

Escaping, Metaru's armor retracted onto his back, then he leapt high into the air, higher then any other nin could leap, and took flight.

Lucky for him, he had managed to leave a trail of small faint metallic devices in the ground, buried deep as they had dropped off of his armor. Charged with chakra, these could pick up whether there was a Bijuu as soon as it got close. He'd have to come back to check them later however, but it would at least be a sure fire way to know if there really was a Bijuu in cloud.

Continuing his flight, Metaru took off for the Akatsuki base, to report his mission.

Magnetic Release: Flight Technique [Kinokuton: CHikuden no Jutsu]
Type: Rank A, Supplementary
Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru can create and control magnetic pulses to allow himself to levitate. By then creating more pulses from his hands he can move freely, allowing him to fly. Metaru can also perform this technique for two people, however it’s more difficult to control someone else’s flight patterns, and it will take him nearly twice as much chakra.
