Looks:
Okashii isn't really that worried about his looks, however he was born with natural good looks. The thing he mostley cares about is keeping his hair short so it doesn't get in his eyes while he is in battle. His hair is extremely odd. It is that of white and blue. It's kind of ironic that he is full of those colors considering his unique Kekkei Genkai ability, the fact that he is a master of complete water. The color of the blue isn't exacty dark blue, it almost looks like a gray color. Most of his hair is the blue color while the front of it is spiked up and pure white. Okashii takes pride in the way his hair looks but that's about it, He is pretty much just a normal looking kid by facial features. By looking at him one might come to the conclusion that he is definitely not a normal kid and that doesn't even cover the fact of his unique and weird abilities.

His attire is also someone abnormal considering, but he loves to match so that is pretty much the only reason as to why he wears what he does, infact another reason is simply because he finds his attire comfertable. He wears just a plain white tee shirt, making him seem pretty normal just from that. On the shirt the colure indents in to the shape of a triangle sort of, which is fine for Okashii. That isn't the really abnormal part about him the actual part is his jacket. The bottom side's of it are plain white, the top of it and the sleeves are blue, which is pretty much what is abnormal about him however Okashii has confidence that he looks great in it. Most find it weird. Okashii also most of the time wears shorts with it which has a funny look all on its own but Okashii doesn't care. He wears no headband at all.

He is at a decent height and weight, again just basically normal. His body fat percentage is extremely low only because he is mostley trying to train all the time. With his unique Kekkei Genkai and his repeativly trying to master it he hardley even takes the time to eat but when he does he chows down. Either way he is known for a decently normal body type. He isn't that tall, but hes pretty much average. Not many people would really like to look like him overall, mainly because of his hair. Although alot of people are intimidated by him from his dark and gloomy eyes, his attitude well makes up for it because he is extremely loyal to his friends and family. He carries around a large sword because of his Kekkei Genkai, he is trying to get used to it and the effect it has on the sword.

Clan:
The Makichi clan is a Noble clan of the Hidden Leaf Village. They are known for their unique abilities to craft air into water and send it to their opponent at shocking speeds. The Clan Leader is Zuko, The man who carries the Aoironaiya Touzagan. Many people in the clan actually carried the Kekkei Genkai of Legend but Zuko is has the one that is most advanced and is said to be almost unstopable with it. Zuko has a son named Okashii. The young boy is that of Genin rank and is noticed as a potientel clan leader in case anything were to happen to Zuko. Zuko knows that his son would be ready to take over the clan if say anything were to happen like he was assasinated or he died in the line of duty or something. Although, at his current state Okashii wouldn't probably be ready only because he was still a 14 year old Genin and he hadn't really matured all that much yet. Still, Okashii would probably grow up to lead them.

The Makichi Clan was built long ago, many years ago in a distant time. At one point they basically were so big that they even had their own village. One day, their home was raided. They began to get attacked by Kiriagakure, which was very bad for them. They weren't nearley strong enough to take on an entire village. They were forced to use all their will power to survive and get out of there. They migrated basically down toward Konohagakure where they were welcomed with open arms because they were known around their as a kind but very powerful clan. Because of the number of deaths among the clan they weren't powerful at all at that point, they were decently week. They settled down in Konoha to try and gain their strength back. They were never noticed as one of the leafs stronger clans because they were always in the Uchiha's Shadow. Everything was always about the Uchiha however The Makichi were much more advanced in battle.


Personality:
Okashii is always a kind hearted person, pretty much no matter what the situation. He cares for people even if they don't care for him and he fights for people even if they don't want him too and that's just what kind of person he is. No matter what the circumstance may be he is always trying to help people. You could pretty much say that he is selfless. At any given time a person might ask him for help he will be there no matter what which leads him into having a few weaknesses as well but at least he will always have his friends. If he was ever asked to go and betray his village for one of his friends and it was a life and death kind of situation he would because that's just how loyal he is. Sometimes his loyalty puts him in situations that are hard to overcome but he just ends up amazing people when he finally does overcome it. That's just how he is, he is always suprising people and always proving them wrong.

Okashii is also extremely forgiving. When I say extremely I really mean it. No matter what happens, if someone had killed someone he knew and they said that they had changed he would forgive them which is why he is always going to have thoe cetain issues. He trusts too easy, and he will probably never overcome that fact. Some people say that trust and respect is something that is earned but Okashii dissagree's with that. He believes that deep down even the darkest people have weaknesses, they have feelings. He believes that there is always good on people deep down which is why he isn't fit to become anything like Hokage. He wouldn't be able to make the kind of decision they have too. When it comes to execution he is strickly against things like that. He believes in second chances and he thinks that no matter what the crime is the person doesn't deserve death.

There is one thing that Okashii hates and he is not so forgiving with. If someone betrayed the Hidden Leaf, he takes it extremely personal. It's not like it really is any of his buisness considering his only a Genin, however if he had the chance he would attempt to drag them back to the village himself by force if needed. That being said, if one of his friends of teamates betrayed the village Okashii would take that as a betrayel against himself as well and he would probably flip out about it. That's his problem, he cares too much about people. Normally, people would probably go straight to not being friends if someone betrayed them but not Okashii he would simply try and keep the bond between them alive by bringing them back into the village and making sure that the person is okay. His friendships and bonds mean alot to him, so he doesn't plan to break them for everything even if he needs to fight for them with his life.

Okashii overal is a knuckle head. He didn't pass a year in the Academy because he messed around alot. That was all great then because he made alot of friends while doing it but seeing all of his friends graduate before him hurt him. Still, even now he knows that most of the people that graduated before him probably couldn't beat him in a spar. He takes battle very seriously and never backs down no matter what. He fights when he wants and he always defeats the odds by beating someone no one thought he could.

Touzagan (eye of the currents):



With this doujutsu technique, the user is able to summon forthe water from air, and send it shooting at opponents. The user is also able to before an extremly strong jutsu with a katana. When they take out their katana it starts off looking normal, but the sword added with the power of his Touzagan eye allows him to make the sword almost unblock able, the material of the sword when the touzagan becomes much stronger then steal, and he can also create straight water attacks from , such as water swipes. With the water techniques that makes it extremely easy for the user to basically do whatever they want. However air around will be taken. That isn't a big deal because the plants from the planet will just fill it back up with more meaning Okashii and other Makichi can use this whenever they want too. This Kekkei genkai comes from the born elites of the great Makichi Clan - A noble clan of the Hidden Leaf Village. Everyone in the clan is respected and feared if they have obtained this special bloodline ability. Okashii is one of the members that has obtained it altough he is still trying to train it and make it more advanced. Okashii is almost able to fully use this like any other highly ranking member of their clan. His only problem with it is he can't leep it going all the time, where as some members can keep this Kekkei Genkai activated constantly 24/7.

More to the point along the years alot of things have been developed for this, Even Okashii has a special style where he can turn his entire body into just water making it hard for any physical attacks to land on him however it makes him extremely vounerable to lightning attacks. In his Water form, he is able to Extend his size it enormous heights. However all he can do is physical damage by smashing things or shooting water, he cannot use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in this state. With the Touzagan activated, Okashii is able to do many things. He can form water and control it while its in the air so he is able to stand on it and travel. Among other things it makes him a pretty advanced Genin. He hasn't moved on to the finest form of the Touzagan yet but that's because he isn't at that level. Okashii can also do things like make it rain and other things like that, just simple jutsu that he can do. Because he skipped the Chuunin exams after he first graduated he was able to train more.

History/Background Story:
Before Arc:
The History of Okashii Makichi is a very sad one. On the night he was conceived his mother was killed during the pregnacy. For his father, this was a hard one. He sometime's resented the baby because of it. Everytime he looked at Okashii, he looked with dissapointment and dispare. Not alot of things could change the man's mind about seeing his young son in a different way. His son was the reason his wife was there, which grew to a little resentment when it came to loving the young baby. Though as time grew on things started to get better. Without his mother his father had a hard time raising the boy on his own, however Okashii wasn't even one at this point. His father still knew that the time's ahead would probably be sincerly ruff but they would both get threw it and He would make sure that his son grew up having a better childhood that he did. He also swore, making an oath that he would not blame his son for his wife's death as hard as it may be for him. The time's ahead were indeed ruff, Sometimes Zuko had to leave Okashii at home while he went on missions and all he did was worry about his 1 year old little son at home. Often he would have visions of his son dying, which made him worry even more. Still, always he would come home to finding that his son was fine and everything went well over the care of some babysitters that volentured. The babysitters weren't ninja, they were just villagers. Sweet, kind and old people that just wanted to do a favor for an honest working shinobi like Zuko. Still, at only the age of 1 they began to notice certian things about him. The fact that he was truley smart, he picked out strategies for games they played. Being only 1 they knew that if he tried he would grow up to be something great. When Okashii turned finally to the age of 2 he really started developing, he was already able to do simple math problems and he was already speaking. This was great to see for Zuko, he was really proud of his son. It was also great to witness from his babysitters, Kemono and Kimizu. They loved the boy as if he was their own grandson and he loved them as if they were his grandparents. Although Zuko wasn't around much, he would always brag to the rest of the guys and the Genin on his team about how great his son was. More time went on, the family had put Okashii through many different tests regarding his intellegence and they were happy the find out that he was a taction genious. Zuko was also pretty good with tactics, so he was extremely happy to hear this as well. Which as more time and time went on, it got better. Soon, Okashii was old enough to where he could train with his father. At the age of 5, he was able to start training. Him and his father began training of major Taijutsu, which Okashii would grow to be very good at. His father couldn't teach him any Ninjutsu because Okashii was extremely young and couldn't handle it. However, Okashii would grow to be extremely speed oriegnated. Which would later change once he was able to use his Kekkei Genkai. That wouldn't come till he made Genin, so he had to make due with his overal speed in Taijutsu and everything. His advancements were vast. His father was always trying to push him out of his limits, and was always trying to make him ready to take on anything that might occure on a mission. He however did have alot of weaknesses and could never seem to get even close to defeating his father in battle. He would try just about everyday. They would spar and the young boy was down before even landing one hit. Still his father was suprised that Okashii was able to dodge some of his attacks coming from the Touzagan, His father didn't dare to use his ultimate Touzagan while attacking his son, that would probably kill Okashii in one attack, and Zuko knew that. He wasn't going to push the limits of Okashii that much even if he didn't know whether Okashii could overcome even that and survive. For Okashii had done things like that before, he had done things that were completely un expected of him. Baring in mind that he was only a young child, he would certainly grow up to being someone great. Possibly even a legend among Konoha, even if he was a knuckle head, he knew when it was time to really get serious and he was always loyal. The young boy already talked about taking over the Makichi clan once he reached Genin, which couldn't be true because he wouldn't be advanced enough at that point. However it made Zuko laugh even hearing of the boy doing that because he knew that it would be true someday. His son would surpass him, and possibly become the equivilancy of the Hokage. Someone everyone respected, because Okashii already respected everyone. Although he hadn't even joined the Academy yet, Okashii still had made advancements in Taijutsu that some Genin couldn't do. That was probably because he was a basic born Taijutsu user which was bound to change to Ninjutsu eventually. Before long, Okashii was old enough to join the Academy and he did, His father expected great things from him, He was wrong. The next few years would be hard on the family because Okashii would begin to get even more knuckle headed. The end of his childhood was over, The beginning of life as a ninja would begin.

Write that you're well-trained in Water Jutsu's and make it so, everywhere you've written that you're an expert, You're only a genin. Rest is pretty impressive.
