any ninja in the hidden cloud village seen or heard or reported talking to or with an akatsuki member or missing ninja without permission from the raikage will be demoted in rank and all students will be demoted from ninja. If anyone below the rank of jounin sees an akatsuki or missing ninja they are to flee but have the choice to stay in fight. They will be demoted for not doing one or the other. if someone above chunin rank does not stay and fight with them they will be dropped to genin rank again with no exeptions. this applies to everyone seen or heard or reported. All reports should be posted here

Does that mean we cannot fight an Akatsuki or Missing-ninja?
Then what about if it is a mission of my Organization

They will be demoted for not doing one or the other. if someone above chunin rank does not stay and fight with them they will be dropped to genin rank again with no exeptions. so you can fight them and you being a jounin have to and your team should if they find them but they are not forced to like you are
