"oh, and ki, in return for being there to safe guard you, all i want is for to allow me to come and go in the mist as i please, and i swear that i won't destroy a single building"

zodiark pointed over his shoulder at wes "you have no say in this child"

ki sighed. " just dont hurt anyone at all. i give you safe pssage but you have to go to trial fist, sncei made a pact to kitaro."

for the first time zodiark looked back at wes with a stern look on his face as he said "you have no right to speak up here, for one, compared to both me and my friend, you are little more than a child, i am far more powerful than you, to a point where you should be runing for you life if i threatened you, and he is not only nearly a hundred years older, but he is also your master" he truned back to ki, his face returning to it's normal carefree look "and what kind of sentence would i be given, seeing as there is little chance of me being proven not guilty"

"i didnt say he wasn't much holder than me i said you were ang you couldnt kill me if you wanted too!" wes said back

zodiark sighed, and before wes could blink, he had moved across the room and picked up wes by the neck, pinning him to the wall "you were saying"

Wes kicked his foot up macking kitaro bite down on his tounge and with his othe leg kicked him in the chest giving wes the abilty to push away

before anyof them could move ki had opend his eyes to the main extent and two titanium bars apeard, wraping tem around kisho and wes and sticking them to the ceiling. ki sighed. " im 140 and i prefer that people dont yell. my ears are a little too senstive for that."

zodiark snapped free of the band with some effort as he turned to ki and asked "please, allow my show your disrespectful student some manners"

ki wiped his forehead with a cloth. " hm....wes, do you want to spar with kisho?" he asked.

"he isn't worth of a spar, i've already beaten him when he tried to stop my attack on the stone, he just need a lesson in respecting those who are superior to him"

Wes freed himself "master i will not see you when you asscioate wih the scum of the earth." wes walked of as memoirchi curled back around his neck

"so, as i asked earlier, what kind of sentence would i be given during this 'trial' i will have"

"probrably exicution." ki said. sad tat his student didnt think of a person as an indiviual but as scum.

"you can't expect me to go through with that can you"

"nope. thats why im not going to be at the chunin exams, you are."

he raised and eyebrow in suspicion "what do you mean by that"

Wes was still not to far he could still hear what was happening

"i was just thinking that i would bind you with a blood pact for you not to harm te village. i you disobey it, yu die. so that way you can be me fora day at te chunin exams."

"i agree to the blood pact thing, but i will not pretend to be you for a day, i'm willing to stand in for you, but not pretend to be you"

ki nodded. "either way isfine with meas long as i dont have to be there. here." ki gave kisho an onyx knife.

zodiark grabbed the knife "so it's a deal, i'll be you stand in, now what do i have to do with this"
