Description: Kenshin was, a once to be kazekage. He is currently a rogue ninja, and it is unknown exactly how strong he is, but it is presumable that he is as strong as a kage. His abilities are centered around magnetism, with the use of Iron Sand, and Puppets as the main weapons.
Notes:
1. Advanced Magnetism user.
2. Strongest known user of Puppetry.
3. Advanced ninjutsu and taijutsu capabilites, including a very impressive speed level.
4. Wanted for the Massacre known as Bloody Friday in Sunakagure.

Fumito

Threat Level: Criminal, A Rank Missing Nin
Description: Carefully concealed, Fumito has few distinguishable features besides his clothing, which neatly covers his face and keeps his identity secret. It is hard to say if Fumito is truly his real name, being a fugitive from the earth country, it may be his alias.
Notes:
1. Accomplished Taijutsu user.
2. Wishes to cause war and destruction, truly evil.
3. Uses odd body manipulation techniques, probably kekkai genkai.




Masahiro Fujiwara
Alias: Hydra
Threat Level: Criminal, A Rank Missing Nin
Description: Masahiro was once a powerful Jounin of Kirigakure and at one point was next in line to become Mizukage. Having been declined that position on account that he was “too unstable”, he flipped out, leaving a large portion of the village in ruin and becoming a missing nin.
Notes:
1. Incredible water release abilities rivaling the second hokage.
2. Wanted for attempting to kill the Mizukage on numberous occasions.
3. Is fond of the sea and an animal rights activist.




Genesis Rhapsodos
Alias: G
Threat Level: Miscreant, C Rank Missing Nin
Description: Older for a nin of his level, Genesis is a fugitive from the earth country and a product of strange experimentation. Not much is known of him, thus making him quite mysterious.
Notes:
1. The product of strange experimentation, his capabilities are not quite known.
2. Masterful in Medical and Summoning Jutsus.
3. Wanted for praying on the innocent, his aims are simply destruction.
