| Before I join here which I think September around when this site was first created there were so much chaos and overpowered character and not following the right template app then it gets approved ...but today ...this forum is much more ok now...no more over powered...
I just read about Minato Uchiha....he can control Bijuu he can seal bijuu he has sand techniques...Whew.,..that is really really really really really really overpowered.. | |
