okay, since you know what will happen. you have to go through a 3 day trial period for the full effects. the pain killers are actually pills with the blood of the sendochi's that will turn you into the frst stage. stay where you are but first get 3 days of food (only bloody meat since you wont be able to eat anything else) and hot boiled water. 4 gallons. your skin will soon turn dark after you take the pills and a huge pain will come. this is normal. i hope you dont die though......good luck!!!
