Whats the use?

Whats the use of having a element limit where you can only have 2 elements or maybe 3 if someone or others (Love to reveal the identity of the person I am talking about ) has all 5 elements?...whats the use I think someone mentioned (dun remember) that you could have a jutsu that is not on your elemental affinity but the jutsu isnt as strong as the jutsu on your elemental affinity..but I guess you could have more than 3 ...
Example me i have four damn elements Wind + Water = Ice and Raijuu's lightning element so I have 4 yes you could have more than one in some ways. So I say unaaproved those applications who does this one...

You mean, you will be hypocritical by unapproving applications who has the same amount of elements as you? ^_^

i we cant use more than 1 element then im screwed.....

....nah Fumito or Naito....I mean unaaproved those jutsu who doesn't follow the element rule limit
