History/RP Sample:

Ringeko was born to a poor farming family in the hills of an unknown country. She never had any formal education, there were no school or teachers in her village. All there was was farming and animal handleing.

Around her 8th birthday a mysterious new person moved into her village. He had once been a ninja was the rumor. Now he was just an old man looking to settle down. He took a liking to Ringeko and began to teach her basic reading and math. For her 10th birthday he gave her an old pair of swords. In secret they trained nightly.

Now at 18 Ringeko leaves her village to find adventure in life. Her skill with her swords is great, but her other skills are unrefined. Who knows what she will find on the road ahead...

just going to point out a few problems, one, you should add in the jutsu you want, two, you need to pick a village, 3 you either pick a clan now or you aren't in one, and last, if you are 18 and a genin something is wrong, you should change one or the other

seems sunari was wrong about you people. Why must I force myself into established area's without knowing anyone? Why should I automaticly have jutsu?

Anyway goodbye hope you learn how to explain things to people in a non rude way in the future, and learn that some people like to start a character completely unknown to anyone and rp out being accepted into places.

i'm sorry if i came off rude, but it is just how things work, even if our characters have no idea who you are, the moderators and admins must be aware of what you character is capable of, also you cannot become a genin without being a member of a village, and it seems rather odd for any ninja at this point to not even have basic academy jutsu, seeing as they are required to even reach genin

Look, if you want to be a genin, but not having any jutsus, just add the normal E-Rank like Enishi said.
But thats true that you need a village to be a genin, otherwise you are a missing one.

Forget it... If she thought Enishi was rude, she will find me just plain Raw and Mean. Everything Enishi said was right, aside from the age. It might be possible she never tried out for the exam. Either way.
Secondly, E-Rank Jutsu are the Basics. You absolutely must have them.

But they are not required to be placed in the application. Its just kinda automatically known

He has jutsu. They are taijutsu though. Leaf Hurricane is considered a jutsu.

Oh yeah...sorry but I do really think that Senki is right. If you graduated as a genin, it is automatically known that you knew the academy jutsus. Besides Rigenko said she wanted to start a mysterious character, I think she meant she wanted to train for all her jutsus.
