Blood Ribbons~Kekkei Genkai Genjutsu

Description: Reikon will wait for the right moment of bloodshed, or create the moment himself but once the slightest amount of blood reaches within 6 feet of the atmosphere he will activate a genjutsu using the chakra that is fused with his blood and effecting the mind. The opponent from this point is led to believe that the blood is suddenly coming down in small little ribbons. Once these ribbons make contact with the opponents skin they turn liquid again and like acid begin eating threw their skin, meat, and bone. This can be broken without struggle by ninja higher than genin rank. Those of the same rank or strength must either endure it till they pass out from pain thus ending the jutsu or figure a way out.
