Kaleb flows his Lightning based chakrai Current through a katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. The radiating and Screaming blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword their chakra goes crazy.
The sword is 45" long and weighs 4 pounds and i is a ninja word used by the samurais in the old days.
it is a double edged stright blade with a red tint o the dlade the handle is a foot long which is kinda black with silver markings on it which indicates it caould only be held bykaleb,but when hit with the blade they use the ability to control their chakra which cuts them off from tecniques for 10 minutes

A variation on a regular Raiton move developed by Kaleb during his two-and-a-half year training of Lightning, this jutsu allows the user to generate focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity is focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only makes them lose control of their chakra. By sending the current into the weapons Kaleb can makes opponents lose their control of their chakra from a touch of the weapon. Kaleb can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Ninjato sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts cut by them forcing charka to go crazy.

Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.

[b]kid arc:when kaleb was three his parents was killed by rogue ninja from the leaf village,which he felt very srong willed towards his family so there ownout he made a packt to himself to evenge their deaths,so he trained by hisself becuase no one really wanted to talk to him because he was so gloomy and quiet they thought he was a freak..then he started Acaemy school....

Acaemy arc:Kaleb entered the Academy only on luck he failed every test he took but every test that involved fighting he passed with the highest grades so in the second year of the academy he devolped his own thinking skills which made him one of the strongest kids in the school.but still no one liked him because of his atitude towards people,and when it was come to pass to become a Genin he proved all of them wrong,the said he would not pass and yet he was the highest scorer in the academy...

Genin arc:afetr kaleb became a genin he gained some respect from other genin and jounin ninjas so there on out he sarted training with jounins to up his skill after he defeated 3 jounin that tried to ambush hi in a forest from sound he thought it would be a good idea to train harder to become a genin so after that he talked to anko about becomeing a chuunin she said he would have to take the chuunin exam so he did and he went un defeated all the way through it so from there on out he was known as the mist strongest chuunin....

chuunin arc:Kaleb was now ne of the most strongest ninja in his village and was friends with most people and he started training with weapons and the body flicker move so he mastered weapond and the body flicker technique and finnalay was ready to take on the jounin role after three years of training he was ready but got put in jail because someone said something about his family who died and he fliped out and put the man in the hospital so after he got out of jail he had to wait another year before trien to be jounin,so instead of taking the jounin test he went straight up ti the mizukage and was granted Jounin rank...

Jounin arc:after Kaleb became jounin he was ready to go to the leaf to find the three ninja who killed his family so after that he got all of his stuff togehter to leave and the mizukage stopped him sayying that if i didnt go he would make him anbu kaleb refused and was threw back into jail which there he met some good pople and they taught each other some jutsu and oher need to know stuff about this world so when got out he went into a a tournament to prove to veryone he was still the strongest in the village then the mizukage had gotten mad at kalebs atitude and requested for anbu to kill him but they didnt t follow through they just dided instead so kaleb told the mizukage if he wanted him dead to do it hisself and he was exiled from the village and now he is looking for the akatsuki to join them to take reveng on the two villages

also, please describe ninjato

remove "Master of teleportation" and the Kusanagi sword. explaing how long overcombustion will paralyze the person, and explain what a ninjato is

i know that, but not everyone else does, please put a short description, what it is, how long it is, roughtly how much it weighs, that kind of info

please put your description under "special characteristics" and add in a little more description, such as is it a curved blade, straight, double edged, etc. and if you can please add in a picture of one.

your jutsu seem fine, but for overcombustion, please add in for how long it disrupts the targets chakra and to what extent it is disrupted, such as are jutsu weakened or can the not use their chakra at all. also, all s-rank jutsu have some drawback, such as a negative effect on the user, so please add in something.

also, we like a longer history. such as one paragraph for each part of your ninja life. one for genin, one for chunnin, and one for jounin
