Maikus hidden jutsus

kk here is my first try at this.

Name: Red Cat Summoning

Description: Allows the user to temporarily summon a Felinesque Being of fire, who will launch a mild attack to the opponent.

Name: Ice Claw Jutsu

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water

Description: If there is a large enough water supply, this jutsu allows the user to encase his hand in ice for a small amount of time in the shape of a curved blade.


Name: Fire Puppetry Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Puppetry
Element: Fire

Description: the user sends out strings of fire from his fingertips. anyone who comes in contact with these will have them wrap around their body, giving the user control of the opponent for a short time, while they sustain minor damage from contact burns. ( sorry if this is too low a rank for this jutsu, i think i remember a restriction saying that anything above D rank was forbidden to Chunin, and i kinda want to use it)
