The Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Blade requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Blade is more focused and blue. In Part I he is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II he can use it at least six times.
Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Blade. During his confrontation with Orochimaru in Part I, he creates it without using hand seals. In Part II he is able to form a Lightning Blade in both of his hands to counteract Lightning Release: False Darkness. Soon afterwards he uses it in a downward cutting motion rather than a thrust to free Naruto Uzumaki from Kakuzu.
To keep up with its name, Lightning Blade now emits the sound of electricity, rather than birds chirping.

I'm denying them.

For one, the descriptions are still not the greatest. Two, metal unless we've changed the rules) requires a kekkai genkai to control. Specifically, that kekkai genkai was the jisei clan. Additionally, one of their specialties was magnetic puppetry, using metal puppets and magnetism to control them. So yeah, denied.

For your info metal is made by 2 elements... Which is bind together... alot of people have been doing it im not the only one. The description is plain and simple theres nothing greater about them. The metal guards are basically a summoning type monsters.. they could be controlled by other things... there is no rule against element binding.Im not going to write a whole paragraph each of my jutsu. When you read a jutsu its not quantity its quality. it simple for example.

the example it is easy to understand.... i could write a whole page for a description .I bet you until you get to the end the description will just be the same because it has the same point. Every way most people don't even type out a jutsu they just copy and paste it off a site. (im not saying i dont do that because personally i do that all the time when im making my char) imma just cut this short. My description might be short and to simple. Its because im just writing the point. Do you want to spend your day reading a long description? and my previous post i added a little more info about my jutsu.

Even still, the guards are denied unless they have their own spirits and souls, instead of you just controlling them with metal. Lots of people do use metal, on this site we've had two users. Metaru Jisei and Kenshin Jisei, one of which developed the metal puppetry style. The metal jutsus are denied as well unless you switch over to the Jisei clan, which would reqquire permission from the clan's creator.

And there is a rule about elemental binding. It requires a kekkai genkai. Simple as that.
