Personality: Shamei is a good-natured, yet quiet, and eager shinobi, believing that a person becomes truly strong when they have something truly important to fight for.Shame fully takes advantage of his talent for battle and incredible abilities, he applies these talents where ever possible, using his chakra and abilties for the smallest of tasks. When forced to face an opponent, Shame does all that he can to avoid inflicting great harm, he would rather make the battle last longer by using smaller, weaker jutsus and attacks to harm. He will only use his more powerful jutsu's when in a tight situation or if he is out matched.

Kekei Genkai: The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", Meaning (Viz) "Mirror Wheel Eye") is a Kekkei Genkai, which appears in the members of the Uchiha clan. Some characters believe that it was somehow derived from the Hyuga Clan's Byakugan. Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. Although when the Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant.

The Sharingan, unlike the Byakugan, is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition, after which, though, the Sharingan may be used freely. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users.[1][2] The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, evolves it further which involves it gaining more tomoe, up to a maximum of three. As the Sharingan evolves, the user gains heightened abilities. The only level up from the three tomoe Sharingan is the Mangekyo Sharingan, which is gained by the emotional stress stemming from the loss of someone close to the user.

The Sharingan's first and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. Even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, they may not have time to react.

The third of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the chakra flow. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's final ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponents make even before they do, making it appear as if the user can "see the future". More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion of the latter themselves. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Clan History: Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyo Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.

Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs.

Decades later, after the Demon Fox Attack of Konoha, Konoha began to suspect that a Uchiha was behind the attack. The Uchiha were relocated to a corner of the village so that they could be more easily monitored. The Uchiha interpreted this as confirmation of what Madara had warned them of years earlier, and began to plan overthrowing the village. One Uchiha, Itachi, disagreed with the coup d'état, and informed Konoha's leadership of what the Uchiha were up to. To prevent an uprising that would create another war, Itachi was ordered to wipe out the Uchiha.

Itachi spared only one Uchiha: his younger brother, Sasuke. Sasuke would spend the next few years trying to avenge their family by killing Itachi, something Itachi had planned for from the very beginning. Once accomplishing this goal, Sasuke learned that Madara was also still alive. Madara told Sasuke about the Uchiha's history and why Itachi had wiped out the Uchiha, prompting Sasuke, with Madara's help, to resolve to destroy Konoha.

Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.

Name: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death

Description: shame gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route for the user.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce his/her dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.







History/RP Sample:

History/Background Story: Shame was born in the one of the last surviving villages of the mist . Shames fathers and mother were owners of a small general store, they lived a peaceful life in a room at the back of the store. They loved each other and were kind to their two children. He hid this fact from his wife, hoping that the love and peace that was shared in their small family would last forever. One day, a group of rogue ninja came and discovered that his famly had happened to be one of the leading families of the mist village. but the rouge ninjas only wanted to exploit his family and tear the mist village apart, Knowing what the mob was after,shames father assembled a small group of mist ninja, consisting of the few shinobi and abnu in the village, to counter the invading Shinobi's attack. shames father also sent shame and his brother Hanzo on wagon that would take them and other children to a, shrine near by.
Unfortunately the mob killed everyone, then leaving shames old village and watched as it burned to the ground.. Before the wagon reached the shrine the rogue ninja's caught up p with them proceeding to attack, But shame was able to to escape leaving his family behind to travel alone.. To find out later his whole family was slaughtered by the mob. Shame was left alone only the clothes on his back and the sword his father gave him, as his dad gave him and so forth. He achieved his first sharingan, from this event.

At a young age was recruited by the akatsuki organization, as a spy his special skills came in handy , he was quickly promoted through the ranks to where he currently is, he is given missions directly form the akatsuki leader herself, being a skilled nin that he is he is a excellent at assassination. the mist village persumed him dead as time passed they had heard rumors that he ran with the akatsuki, but one day the mizukage was attacked by shame. he lived to tell the tail and shame is put now on mist villages most wanted. Shame was considered a s rank ninja capable of bringing down the village by himself. HE gained his tomoe 3 from this event.

Rp Sample: shame makes his way onto the wet marshy training grounds, the ground squished under his feet. Being a Mist ninja he was used to the high Moister, but today was a perceptually pretty day it was clear and the sun shinned brightly bringing down some much needed warmth. Shame unrolled a scroll he had stored away in his pack, he read it over quickly. He performed hands signs correctly and adequately, He yells "Hidden Mist Technique" slowly two small pockets of mist form around him. he grunts in failure, as the two pockets of mist disappear almost immediately. Shame put his hands together focusing his chakra, he took a deep breath clearing his mind.

Shame tried once again as this time he said under his breath "Hidden Mist Technique" Slowly a ring of mist formed around him, cutting him off from anyone's line of sight. The mist grew almost as a plague, it spread through the land and blanketed shame's movements. the mist started to become more thick and it was hard for even shame to see, he sat performing one hand symbol. The mist slowly retracted back coming back to its source. the mist slowly thinned out letting shame regain his sight as he had once before. "success" shame said as he stood waiting for his new challenged, he was eager to learn a new jutsu.

Shame picked up the scroll looking over next item down on the list, it read "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" , shame sighed as he knew it was a difficult jutsu and would take some time to conquer. He read the hands signs off. "hm this could be a challenging jutsu," shame stood dropping the scroll once more, he cleared his mind thinking only of this jutsu. He concentrated his chakra focusing on the moister that was in the air, breathing heavily he closed his eyes as he went over the jutsu through his mind. He opened his eyes completely focused and ready to proceed.

He quickly performed hands signs, OX Rat Boar Dragon. "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" using the thick moister in the air shame turned the water into a single needle bringing it down as it stabbed into his leg. He kept his composure as the water needle was stuck into his leg, as he attempted to pull it out it just turned into a water in his grasp. Bright red blood poured out of the open wound, it ran down his leg staining his white pants. Shame tried once more to perfect the jutsu, he sucked in a deep breath as he concentrated his chakra.


He used his hands again to perform the jutsu, "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" Ten needles shot down at him, he dodged at the last second as the five of the needles stab in his arms and chest. coughing up blood shame knelled on the ground, as the needles turned back into water. "dam i have to come up with a better way to use this jutsu." he rested for a while laying on the soft ground beneath him, he breathed heavy as the jutsu became a burden and started taking a tole. he glared up into the sky with his bright purple eyes only the suns heat comforted him.

Shame picked up the scroll once more looking over the jutsu , item "i have to be doing something wrong." shame sighed as he saw that the jutsu read, "immediately after the jutsu is activated the they must jump up to avoid the needles. He read further seeing that the jutsu takes incredible speed and stamina, the user must be trained highly in water jutsu. " He sighed as he felt regret trying to learn this, "of all the jutsu's i could of learned" He clinched his fists as he begin to think it was possible to master the jutsu.

shame put down the scroll as he per paired to perfom the jutsu that had been haunting him. shame stood as he quickly performed the hands signs. "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" using the thick moister in the air shame once again turned the water into a into a few needles, they shot down with great speed, he jumped up trying to avoid the needles but they pierced his foot. landing on the ground blood poured form his foot, he took his sandals off wrapping his feet up in bandages carefully he slid them back on ready to try again.

standing once more He used his hands again to perform the jutsu, "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" Ten needles shot down at him, he jumped up at the last second as the five of the needles stabbed him in the legs . shame watched as the needles turned to water, he fell to his knees not knowing if he would survive. His legs bleeding badly, he said "if its the last thing ill do ill master this jutsu" rising to his feet the final time he hung his head down in deppresion. he placed his hands together palm to palm.

shame squatted as he performed the necessary hand signs, He used his hands again to perform the jutsu, "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" thousands of water needles formed around his body in 360 degree radius, the shot down at him with great speed but quickly he jumped up in the air avoiding them completely, the ground were he once stood was covered by needles every inch of the ground was penetrated by the deadly jutsu. a sigh of releif shot out of him as he smiled he had finally mastered the jutsu.
