Description: This is a very deadly jutsu invented by Revy herself, it took years of training to create, some even say this jutsu is the cause of multiple storms in meny areas. After a very long row of handseals and atleast 2 posts of chakra gathering, the chakra will be lifted into the air, this will cause massive storms in the area, it will poor down rain hard, lightning will strike the ground all over (But never a human), fires will be set ablaze in areas from lightning, the wind will blow very furriously, the ground will begin to crack aswell.

Name: Dark Wing

Appearance:

Abilities: Most of Dark Wing's abilities are unknown. It can absorb small amounts of chakra from whoever it touches and give it to its owner. The blade is capable of cutting stone so easily a fly could push it through a rock. The blade is very light and long. It has the ability to instantly dissapear if swung the right way and appear hidden somewhere eather on Revy or somewhere else for storage. It can re-appear at the owners command aswell. The back of the handle can extend a black vine like wire that circles Revys arm and goes to her back, once on her back they will extend into 2 black dragon like wings allowing increased speed and flight, they will only stay there if the blade is being held by her thou.

Description: This jutsu can only be used if Revys Tidal Moon jutsu is in affect. The huge moon of water will stretch out and creat a giant dome like barrier around the entire area that will constantly pour rain from all directions inside of it. The dome will stay for 7 posts and can not be evaporated with eny type of fire at all. This dome is capable of covering a entire village to act somewhat like a never ending rain barrier, if used to that level the user may become drowsy and un-able to use water jutsu for 2 posts following after the dome being put up.

Description: After doing the needed handseals, and if the user has sight of the flame in the area needed and there is a sorce of water in the area, the water will wrap itself around the flame and immediatly extinguish it no matter how hot the fire is and the size of it. after the flame has been extinguished the water will fall to the ground boiling and evaperate shortly after.

Description: By doing the needed handseals and extending one of the users hands, a white ball of fire will be shot out of theyre palm. If the ball of fire comes in contact with another type of fire no matter the size or heat, it will purify it turneing the flames white and will do no harm to enyone. It is said that if enough chakra is put into this ability, it can even purify the dark flames of Amaterasu. If this jutsu is used on a Rank S flame, all the users fire jutsu will come out as a white flame and cause no harm for 2 posts after.

everyone has S rank jutsu that dosnt have drawbacks, ive been a admin for some time i also have a few S ranks myself that are always approved without drawbacks.

and theyre S rank because they do incredible power and are very hard to learn aswell, they are made illegaly outside of a village by missing Nin or Akatsuki

The eye is said to be the left eye of a legendary warrior named Kilrogg who had lost his eye in a battle.
