rinnegan (gravity manipulation (GM), complete control of deva paths (PM), tenshu jutsu (ability to fucking kill anyone whom goes near revy)

willows (too many undiscovered traits that have never been POSTED or fucking APPROVED let alone to be usable in the site. get real noobs)

people with never-ending chakra, and never even show signs of exhaustion or weakness (yeah, like that will ever happen; you have genin popping S-rank level jutsus and running at the speed of light)

My dude has a point here, there are a lot of things that need to be sorted out to make things fair for all parties. It would probably be in the best interest if Naruto and whomever is second in command would come up with a list of some sort to let it be know whats at the point of op right now and break off those jutsu. Not only would that stop people from the compare and contrast issue of who is op, but it'll stop it from happening any longer here. Also, I don't think it should be that someone can earn the right to use specific weapons/jutsu that can easily be called op for any reason. Thats just more fuel to the fire, I mean if its op, its op, there should be no exceptions of the rule, point blank. But thats just my two cent, you can save it or toss it.

#3. I have Rinnegan yes, but it has restrictions, Kitaro fought prety equaly with me when we fought i dont see why enyone else couldnt
