Ok, maybe the constant complaints are a bit much, but some of the things they bring to light does have a bit of truth to them Rev. The fact of the matter is that you AND Kaosu seem a bit op (Kaosu with her quicker than light stuff is more than op in my opinion but it got approved somehow of which begs the question how. And earning rennigan or not, that still seems op in general and your armor that you had with the other Revy which is still being tortured [you're still not dead which seems like you shouldn't be using the new Revy right now]. ) There is a lot that can be said that's massively unfair between the both of you so bickering like this is like the cat calling the kettle black. Op is op regardless and its unfair to those who try to learn the line of whats what when they get denied abilities and see others who can do things that surpass the jutsu they try to add. In all honesty, things of this nature take the fun out of Rp'ing to everyone because if they bring it up, and stick by their opinion, it seems like they're doing nothing but complaining. This really needs to stop, SERIOUSLY! If you want all the complaining to stop Rev, have Naruto make a list of forbidden jutsu thats strictly forbidden and not things that can be "Earned". You have your own powers that one could argue should be restricted and whether or not you place a "Someone will find a way to beat you" comment at the end of your statements or not, it does seem like a complaint in anyone's eyes ok? Look - For the last fucking time. Im not Kaosu. Im Jason. Im Hiruko. Kaosu doesnt COMPLAIN about anything, she speaks the truth. The jutsu you speak of Naizu, was thought up strategically and theres never been anything like it with that kind of capabilities; thats why its OP. As for Revy, you do not know the true meaning of OVERPOWERED because you ARE IT - therefore you dont want anything that can potentially over-ride anything you have. Hiruko does just that, as well as steals Kekkei Genkai. You, are not fit to be an administrator. Thats all thats to it kid.

I don't believe that Kaosu is Hiruko to tell the truth,she gave a believable explanation for having the same IP with Hiruko,and it makes sense.Hiruko aka Jason most people think the way you do,about Revy at least.Everyone knows that Revy made her character kinda OP.You know what she did so it doesn't matter if i mention them.

For your Chimera technique,i read the description,however i haven't see anything like this in action before..so i cant say for sure if its OP or not...yet.

Which is my point. Its healthy to see new aspects of combat, but nothing to serious; OP; or out of the ordinary. The Chimera Technique allows me to potentially copy a jutsu much like the Sharingan, only since the natural abilities of Hiruko allow him to access the Sun's Corona - It doubles the power of the jutsu instead of merely copying it.

I wasn't sayin that you were or are Kaosu, I'm saying that certain jutsu of KAO's aro pretty unfair to deal with and is on the same level as the stuff people have a problem with for Revy. I don't have a problem with you or Rev because simply put, I'm not going to fight them in rp...ever. But Kaosu has abilities of creating things that create more things even when destroyed...seriously? Clones that are as strong as Kaosu with all her jutsu and kekkei? Leach's that multiply endlessly and Flames hotter than basically anything and only can be put out by Kao or Xar? These things are beyond anything that others can ever get approved so how do people find away to make a strategy to kill her? All I'm sayin Hiruko, is that the both of them have things that we who want to improve by challenging the highers, won't even have a chance in battle regardless of our rp skills ya know?
