Pharos, has moderately long dark hair, that crosses over on to his face, creating a light shadow over his strange golden eye’s. These eye’s see to always have a glare that can break into a person’s mind (not literally). His skin is pale in contrast to his bright haunting eyes, to finish off his mouth is always cover by a black mask piece.

Pharos is a generally tall person who has a lanky build, allowing him to easily perform things such as acrobatics. He wears very peculiar clothing, consider that he lives in the middle of a desert. Pharos is known for always wearing a heavy flee purple winter coat, which covers a black skin tight suit that allows easy movement, when the coat is removed.


Personality:
Pharos is a generally serious person, and I mean serious, he follows orders to the last syllable, along with this he is also fiercely loyal to the point where he has one person that he will follow to until the point of death. As a result of his seriousness, Pharos is extremely stubborn and will stand his ground for anything that he believes in or that are in his orders. In this ninja’s world there are no jokes, only threats and challenges, but in the rare moments when he is in a light mood, Pharos can be very naïve and incomprehensible.

When given orders, Pharos is simple but when given his own decisions, he will make choices for the “divine justice of his village” meaning he will disregard others and his own safety in order to fulfill this unachievable justice. Merciless on the battle field, with an disposition that can easily break the weak hearted in a matter of minutes, making him a good teacher but a less then desirable team leader. Pharos is essential the prefect solider and not much else.

Kekei Genkai: The Talis clan ability is a complicated form of lightning manipulation, the ability manifests it’s self in 4 stages ((I’ll most likely add more clan jutsu later, I cut down the number to sppeed up my app.))

Stage 1

How to achieve: nothing, is born into, is mainly seen to manifest in the wielders early years.

Abilities in this stage; The user can generate lightning from there charka without the use of hand signs. The draw back to this ability is the fact that they must discharge the lightning into an external location or risk serve burning as the users body is unable to contain it the energy with out the use of an external jutsu.
The user may also change small amounts of lightning in to chakra.

Appearance changes: the only change in appearance in this stage is that the user now has permanently golden eyes.

Stage 2

How to achieve: The user, in stage one must train with in a storm allowing their selves to be hit my lighting multiple times, many died during the process due to the inability to contain their power.

Appearance chance, the users hair color will now most likely be a dark color, if wasn’t already, some believe it’s due to the training required to achieve this form .

Abilities in this stage: The user is able to contain lightning with their bodies to the point in which any type of lightning is attracted to it and if the lightning with in their bodies remains at a controllable amount, is able to redirect it however they wish. The user is unable to control the amount of energy that comes on to their body at any one time and may end up burning themselves if they are unable to keep the lightning at a controllable level. The lightning may also be absorbed into charka, the users power increases by a large amount during a storm, but so does the danger.

Description: The user absorbs an external source of lightning and transfers into the ground, until the point in which a literal earth quake of lightning is being unleashed around everyone. The justu may be used to electrocute someone far away.



Stage 3
How to achieve: one must absorb an extreme amount pf lightning and meditate during the process, eventually forcing the lightning to subside, giving them control.

Appearance changes; along with the previous changes, the Talis member now, gains a lightning like make on their chest.

Abilities in this stage: the user has now the ability to absorb an extreme amount of lightning and has almost telepathic control over it, but due to the large amount of lightning their body constantly generates, they must discharge some lightning every 3 posts in a dangerous explosion, that could hurt those they are around and even themselves if they are not careful. In this stage the user is considered a master of lightning base jutsu and can easily change their chakra into lightning and Vice versa, but face a dangerous draw back.

Description: The user unleash a small ball of lightning that disperses and appears in the form of 3 clones of the user, when the clone is destroyed it explodes in a small lightning storm around the user.


Stage 4
How to achieve: The user must train, with another member of clan (whether it be in a dream like world in the real shinobi world) and learn the wrath of Susanoo jutsu.

Appearance changes: along with the previous changes the user now gains two red diagonal strips along their cheeks, a side effects from their clans ultimate jutsu .

Abilities in this stage: The user has now has gained full control over their ability to control lightning, though the user must still discharge their extra lightning every five post, but now it’s in a much small refined form about the size of a tennis ball. If they fail to allow the discharge to occur the user will suffer from serve internal burning. Due to the extreme amount of lightning the user produces they have ability to summon small lightning storms (no rain snow, hail etc.) that last about 2 post, but also due to the constant amount of lightning the users body is generating they run the constant risk of quickly running out of chakra if they are not careful.

Description: The user charges up their chakra for one post, after this they unleash it into the sky in the form of lightning. The said lightning triggers a storm which after raging for one posts, two large swords made of lightning physically emerge from the clouds with equally as large hands made from lightning holding them. The swords last for 3 posts, they can launch powerful balls of lightning, swing that there opponents, and if charge for the whole there posts, a demonic face appears along with the swords which unleashes a large blot of lightning from it’s the mouth the lightning is to great to be absorbed into the ground so it travels for a small distance. This jutsu can only be used once per battle.

Clan History: The is an ancient clan created to protect the jutsu of the storm god, some scholars believe in originated Sunagakure while other argue that it was founded in Kumogakure due to it’s common association with lightning, but either way here’s how the story goes:

There was once a young ninja, who spent years learning the secret of the lightning release, this process was a long and painful one that involved the ninja allowing himself to hit by lightning and such, but after all the training and pain it had happened. The ninja had learned the jutsu of the storm god, the truth behind this jutsu was known only to him, and one since him has learned the true secret. As the discovery of the jutsu became known a small number of ninja vowed to protect the jutsu and it’s secrets and these people soon where around the jutsu’s user a lot , after a while they seemed to absorb some of the Justus key features, giving birth to the Talis clan.

The clan continued to protect the jutsu for ages, until once in a great battle a member used the jutsu he had sworn to protect, and with the release, all the clans powers and the jutsu faded away. After this event the members of the clan scattered into different villages. The power had seemed lost but one man would not give up he repeated the process that his ancestors went through and after decades he had used the jutsu once again. Though the power was recovered the man paid a price with his life, but soon the power began to appear in the clans scattered descendants all over the world.

History/Background Story:

Early Life
Pharos was born to one of the few members of the Talis clan who had managed to regain their lost clan, power, but reviving a long lost secret came with a price, so Pharos’s father traded, his and Pharos’s mothers life in return for the revival of his once great clans abilities. The loss of his parents changed the 3 year old Pharos’s life, he had grown up in a small desert village that was protected by the sand village, after the loss of his parents, the young boy was slowly pushed to the out skirts of the village . Unable to survive on the small scrapes of food that the villager occasional gave the lonely boy, Pharos left his village and began to wander the horribly empty world.

After 2 years of wandering, the Young boy suddenly collapsed in a strange burst of lightning. Hours later he awoke in the house of strange old man, the man had taken the liberty of placing a seal on Pharos’s back a seal that when given chakra would control Pharos mysterious clan abilities. The man interested Pharos as he seemed to know a great deal about jutsu and the like, it reminded the young boy of his parents. So the man trained Pharos in the art of being a ninja, combing his natural skill in ninjutsu with the art of sealing in order to create a powerful warrior.

Genin
Through a twist strange of events, which included Pharos sneaking into the academy and taking the test, which he passed successfully, when in truth his mater had set the whole thing up with the kazekage in order to help give the village a boost in power. So Pharos was added to an average Genin, which after a seires of missions had a slightly above regular score, though Pharos’s control over his seal had began to slip as became more powerful, but his squad leader acted cowardly back off pretending nothing was happening, perhaps his was a good thing as it allowed Pharos to venture and learn seals of his own.

As time went on the Chuunin examines came along, and grueling they were. For the first time in his life Pharos had to prove that he was worthy of entering the next rank, the training he went through was to the extreme, burns cover his body from over use of his abilities but in the end he did it, he managed to show skill in a battle with another Genin from the cloud village. Upon entering the next level of skill Pharos was given new trust.

Chuunin
Pharos’s time as a chunnin was rather short, though there was one very important event that occurred was during a mission to the cloud village, a place that seemed to be very much a part of the sand ninja’s life. The small 3 man team was raided by a powerful group of missing-ninjas, in this event Pharos allowed his body to be over come by his clan ability and quickly dispatched. After this event, the young ninja was tested to become a jounin, he fought against a high level jounin, this battle was long but the end was short, it was a pretty much all around lose for Pharos, but he showed the promise needed and so he was promoted once again.

Jounin
Pharos has recently became a jounin, so his task have been simple and minor, not much of note has occurred yet, besides the fact, that Pharos has slowly become a figure of note in the village hidden in the sand as well as been chosen to lead a squad of genin, this was rather surprising to him as he never worked well as a squad leader, but the elders of the village seemed to work on their own minds and only that. So the next portion of Pharos life is beginning..

As the sun rose, there was chaos spreading in the town Gate called home. The chaos was in the form of a rumor, a strange rumor. Apparently last night someone had snuck into every guild, bar and anywhere else that gave out jobs and hung up a request for a peculiar mission. A well paying mission. According to messengers it had also happened in towns nearby as well. Most people simply said that no would be stupid enough to take such a mission and dismissed the rumor as a simple prank. 

Gate wandered in to town his normally bright blue eyes were dark with exhaustion, his hair was even messier then usual. He had slept outside of the village, the past night because he had no place to stay. He normally rented a small apartment for short periods of time, but this time he did not leave, he was to put it simply evicted. It was not the first time this had happened, but this time it wasn't entirely his fault. 
The tenants that had lived across hall from Gate, had destroyed the front entrance to the apartment building, it was a mess the door was off it's hinges and the windows all but one were shattered. When confronted by the landlord the tenants had blamed it all on Gate's pet red panda Oolong and Gate was fined for the damages instead. He had simply gone over to sort it out, but the landlord told him that pointing his kantana at the other tenants, was not sorting it out.

Gate wandered into the nearest bar, that gave out missions, he needed the cash. The bar was a small place that got praise for their food and drinks. None of this mattered to Gate, all he cared about was getting a mission. By the look of it, that wasn't going to be a problem, the bulletin board was full of them. Though there were many to chose from most of them were low paying...except for one. Gate pulled the request and looked it over. The paper had a picture of a palace made of blue, red and white stone. There was also a description of the mission that read:

Wanted, a group of mages to explore an underwater palace. Said palace was believed to have been built by a great water dragon and his followers, it is said to have been abandoned in the year 777 when all the dragons disappeared and remains that way to this day. 
All mages who participate in this mission will be awarded 100,000 jewels each and will be allowed to keep all the treasure they find except for one piece. 

This mission was to good to pass up, Gate went to show the bar tender the mission. The bartender in turn threw a laughing fit, something about "there is someone in the world who was truly that stupid." This did bother Gate, he simply walk away and headed to the location designated on the ad. 

The location was located in the slums, in a small park like area, probably the closest thing to a park in the area. Gate looked around until his eyes fell on an old man in the center of the park. He was small, his face was wrinkled with whiskers coming off of it. The man was in the exact place that was mentioned in the ad. Gate tried to take a step in to the park ...but he was stopped by a magical force. Gate took another look at the add and sighed " particular aren't we...Well i guess I have to wait another 10 minutes" He then took a seat on a nearby bench and hoped he was not the only mage that showed up....
