Even before there was physical evidence of the feline creature that would become his opponent, Naku would be under attack. Kidate traveled beneath the ground toward his opponent, preforming hand seals as he did so. Suddenly, the soil beneath Naku would becoming a flowing river of mud. Next, a dragon's head would form at the head of the river, firing orbs of mud at his opponent. Kidate wasn't quite down yet. After activating a few more hand seals, he created a funnel of wood around and behind Naku to keep him from going anywhere. This was how Kidate would be fighting, no holding back and no escapes. He came up from the ground to watch his handiwork behind the dragon head, smiling venomously and purring sadistically.

naku looked at what he had done and came up with a quick escape he looked at the shadows from the wool behind him and then he did handsings making a shadow come out behind it then he used his shadow dance jutsu but this time as a escape. he then did another jutsu as he pulled out a bow and arrow and decided to make this a all out battle as he then did the shadow dance again after he had made his shadow to to normal ground he soon appeared over there about 10 yards from kidate. he then shot a death arrow at him in immediately did another jutsu making the arrow disappear is mid air followed by 1 more jutsu letting him control it in mid air. as he then ran backwards.

The user's shadow is extended to the opponent's shadow, combining them.
This puts the attacker in control of the target's movements- the target is forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique. Given enough talent, the shadow can contract and change shape, and even get ahold of several targets at once. The shadow can also be connected with the shadows of other objects to extend its range. Shikamaru can only hold the jutsu for about 5 minutes.
Kagemane no Jutsu used to be called Kage Shibari no Jutsu. The name also suggests that in the past, the technique could only hold targets in place and not force them to copy the user's movements. It showed in the anime that damage that happens to the target of this jutsu happens to the user.

Kidate watched carefully as the man maneuvered from shadow to shadow, a skill he hadn't seen before. The man would reappear a very short distance from him, and as Kidate turned to look at him he saw an arrow flying toward him. The arrow disappeared instantly, causing Kidate to lose track of it. Hissing, Kidate jumped to his left, hitting the ground and dashing toward the man on all fours.

He meowed and slammed his fist onto the ground, releasing a large blast of wind energy that hurtled toward his opponent, creating a fissure in the ground as it went. Kicking off of the ground, he launched himself into the air, flipping through hand seals at a rapid pace. Suddenly, the water around him condensed into the form of birds, freezing and solidifying. The sped toward his opponent at a speed rivaling mach 1.

"Don't mess with a cat." He spat as he landed on the ground on all fours.

U sing his wind arrow he made the arrow curve down right to his back when it was passing over him so it was coming to him at point blank. he got hit back by the wind blast he the pulled out kunis with paper bombs and threw them at the birds blowing them up and melting them form the explosion

The arrow would whiz past the point he had been at as he had run toward his opponent, Kidate none-the-wiser. As the explosion occurred kidate touched ground again, smiling at the water droplets in the form of steam. He wove hand seals quickly, causing the steam to form into an orb of water as it condensed. The orb turned into a thin column, looking more like a shark than a shaft of flowing water. It sailed toward his opponent as Kidate drew his blade, breaking the seal.

The blade began to glow with a gray aura, extending and widening immensely. The aura expanded into a tassel off of the handle, as indentations formed in the new massive blade. He smiled as the aura dimmed, revealing the completely silver blade with a handle wrapped in silver silk. He smiled as a spine of silver, liquid metal shot toward Naku, with the speed and piercing power of an arrow.

Hayaigin is sealed into the form of a regular sized katana, which hangs in its sheath at Kidate's waist. The sheath acts as the seal, and has a paper seal attached to it to hold the katana down. When the seal is broken, and the sword is drawn, the weapon comes out. The blade itself is nearly twice as tall as Kidate, and takes a great amount of skill to wield. The blade seemed to be made out of polished silver, from pommel to tip. Even the tassel at the end of the blade that is used to absorb blood from impaled enemies seems to be woven from strands of silver. The blade reflects any and all light that hits it, making it glow even at night. Along the first six inches of the blade are several crater-like indentations where it seems gems would fit.

Abilities: Hayaigin has an ability, besides being so massive that it could cleave several people at once. While the blade is in its released state, it can summon a special metal anywhere along the blade or the user's body. This silver can be bent to the user's will, and formed into any shape they choose. It starts out in an almost liquid form, solidifying when the user commands it to. The metal is the same silvery color as the blade, which gave it the name Hayaigin. It is stronger than most metals, but can be broken with an extreme force.

How it was obtained: The blade was passed down from generation to generation within the Gyouan clan. It was believed to have been the blade wielded by the great earth wielder, Sun. The blade was given to Kidate's father, but never given to Kidate. When Kidate's father died and Kidate had no knowledge of the clan, the sword was taken and returned to the clan's counsel. Kidate retrieved the blade that belonged to him when he met his clan mates for the first time.

Description: Naku puts his hands on the ground and then the ground rumbles and a big dome starts to from and when it is finished it creates a dome where it is pure black in there. You can escape this jutsu by simply braking the rock because this is no more strong than a normal rock.

Kidate sighed as the silvery metal formed into the shape of crescents around him. The result was like a flower's petals beginning to fold out around Kidate. He smiled as he heard the twang of metal on metal the thunk of arrows hitting the ground. He had no idea where his opponent was, but that wouldn't stop him. He rose the blade high into the air, sending it crashing down and releasing a thin wave of the silvery metal. It expanded and sharpened as it moved outward in a thin circle, prepared to trip up and cut anyone within twenty meters of Kidate. Trees fell and crashed down upon each other as the thin metal sheared through them on their way to finding Kidate's opponent.

Naku was seen behind a cut down tree and a cut arm he then did wind arrow as the arrows where still invisible and then shot them off the ground right under him and they came up under the metal even though they where cut they still had enough on them to make is poisonous.

"I am the Kaze Shokkou. You really think using wind is going to help you?" Kidate growled as a burst of wind chakra shot from his body, knocking the arrows off course as they whizzed past him. He removed a seal from his pocket, placing it on the handle of his massive blade. As the seal touched the cross guard the blade went through a reversal of its previous transformation. Suddenly it was just a regular blade with a silver silk-wrapped handle. Sheathing the blade, he attached the seal to the sheath as well, almost taping the sword down. As this occurred the silvery metal disappeared from the area, Kidate turning to his now-found enemy and grinning sadistically.

"Meow." He said, holding his hand out. Suddenly, a crimson metal began to form around his hand. It turned into a massive war fan with the kanji symbol for 'Pride' on it. With a powerful sweep of his arm Kidate released a massive wave of cutting-wind chakra toward his opponent. "Back when I was a genin this was all I did." He said in a sad, almost nostalgic tone.
