Walking in Konoha

After being promoted and again had become a Genin at Konoha, Raitera then walks in the village and finds his families old house. "Woah, what happened here!" he said. "Who destroyed the HOUSE! This is the last and only thing that my Family(Step Parents) gave/left me! Then they destroy it! What in the world DId I do to some ninjas here at the Hidden Leaf Village that made them Destroy My house!" he said while looking at the house the his step parents gave him which has no roof, broken windoes, holes in the wall, and some part of the house is burned. "This is BULL****, who made this! Ill make him/her pay in what he/she has done to my only house!" he shouted. Villagers then started to walk away from Raitera because they are scared because they might be framed that will make Raitera think that the villagers do it.
