Personality:

A young, competitive girl who may act like a kitten at times, but may exaggerate of finding her brother, Kidate, whom she'd never seen, but had been shown pictures and was told that she was his long-lost sister. Ever since she was told, she was determined to find him, even if it was her last few minutes of being alive. She is usually seen with a blank expression, resembling her personality. Her top priority is always to help, but Scarlet is afraid of fighting, but will fight if it is to protect her friends, family, or to help her village.

Description: At first, Scarlet will make a large wave of water, or face a large surrounding of water and will bring out a scroll will three traditional letters, which reads a portion of a story, the legend of the water god, and serphant, Leviathion. Leviathion is a large serphent, having bladed wings, and a large japanese letter on it's head. The serphant has large teeth, and is slightly smaller than the bijuu, but not as near powerful as they are.

Description: As a tradition passed down by the Rose clan, the elites will train the Chuunin and above this special summoning only known to people of the Rose clan. The Guardian of the Ocean in legends is told to be the guardian of the Rose, which was created by the Guardian. Depending on how much chakra was let into the body of the guardian, will be as powerful as it can be. If the user's chakra is completely pure, the Guardian will advance, and become much stronger.

Description: Sending a small amount of pure water chakra into a small pistol like bullet and a pure amount of lightning from the user's hands, the bullet will crackle and send itself at the opponent, and when the bullet hit's the foe, it will electrocute the foe and send a small soundwave through the foe. It won't kill the foe, but it will hurt them severely.

Description: In her hands, the user, Scarlet, will create a large ball of water in her hands, and will make the orb go right through any weaponry, and hold them in itself as it will hit the ground, causing soundwaves from Leviathion himself.

Description: Scarlet will grab a senbon from her weaponry pouch and will make it consume a small portion of her chakra, making it so it will be covered in aqua aura, making it as heavy as a kunai, but still as delicate. Scarlet can use many senbon if she wanted to, but it would take up more chakra. Though the senbon, when sent into the foe, the senbon will send it's water into their body, and using a small bit of her lightning chakra, Scarlet will send it into the small cut she created, and into the water formed into their body, and elecrocute them slightly.

History/Background Story:

Childhood/Academy Arc:

As a young child, Scarlet, was known for her kitten-like features, her senses, her ears, and her tail. But at birth, her real mother, Kidate's, abandoned her to prevent Kidate from knowing. Scarlet was put into the hands of a younger, married couple, who were of the Rose family. Though, she was famous because of her brother being a great person who got to be all over the world. Everyone, even the kage's knew him. Scarlet grew as she became stronger, and more of a wild girl at heart. She never knew that she had a brother, until her foster parents told her everything at the age of 10. She was adopted from the Gyouan, and had a brother named Kidate. Ever since that day, she was determined to find her brother, and she believed the only way was to become a kunoichi, like her brother, who was a shinobi. Her determination put her foster parents through hard times, and soon, they believed that as a kunoichi, she could take care of herself, but they didn't leave her side until that day.

A few weeks later, a notice came in from the Ninja Academy of the Earth, the Kage at the time was most generous, saying Scarlet will be let into the Academy, and given a home with three floors next to his own home. Scarlet lived on her own since that time, training mostly at the academy, it was like it was her second home. She missed her foster parents, even though at times they got carried away. Dinners alone didn't seem as great as a family dinner.

Genin Arc/Obtainment of Narashi:

After her time as an Academy Student, her life began normally until she heard a rumour spreading about a legend of a sword beyond the mountain range. She decided she would look for it, but first, she checked in on her foster parents, saying goodbyes to them as she began to go on her journey. Not only was the journey for the sword, but to look for her brother. She didn't care if she wasn't back in time for the Chuunin Exams, she was determined. Every day she fought rogue ninjas that were abover her rank, as she had met an old geizer on the way, wanting spare change. She recongnized his face, for some odd reason. She picked up a bag of Ryo from her pocket, she didn't need it, her blank expression lead her further in life as she reached for her loave of bread that she made, wrapped up in tea leaves. she split in half and untied the string for the man, and dumped the Ryo in his hat, and the half loave still wrapped in leaves and bowed gracefully. "May the gods bless you." -- her words to the man were always remembered, and her generosity made her happier in life. Scarlet succeeded to go further to the mountain range. But she couldn't climb it, for she was far too young. With her life she devoted her journey, but she never made it -- but she could. Scarlet began her journey a little further, trying to climb the mountain, but slipping down it at times. And from the village, they could see her climbing, and they decided to help, even if they didn't get the legendary Blade of Chaos. She reached successful near the middle of the largest mountain, with the village's help. She began to climb further, until she didn't have anything else to eat. She became starved, until she was in the moment of her eyes closing, blood runing from her lip, and wounds all over her body, until a woman came, with loaves of bread from at Scarlet's home, and with a smile, she helped Scarlet through her journey. This woman was unknown to Scarlet, but she realized that if she cared enough for her, she would stride further. Scarlet had no money to give the woman for helping her, but Scarlet gave a loave of bread to her from her pack, which the woman couldn't accept. Her exact words -- "No, Scarlet. May the gods bless you, instead.". Her words began to spread into the village, and Scarlet was titled as the bravest young woman she'd ever seen. Scarlet got to the bottom of the mountain from near the top with the woman's help. In the distance, she saw a dark, eerie glow, which she nodded to the woman. "I'll take this from here." were the words she complained to the woman, and she dissappeared into the distance. The sword was great, and getting her pack, she found a black sheath with gold lettering on it in the top. She knew it was the woman, but she didn't look back, but she remembered the woman. Scarlet continued further on into the darkness, and finding the sword in the pedestal, the woman was there, smiling and holding the sword. -- "I knew this sword would be your destiny, Scarlet. It tells me your it's only one that can hold it." Scarlet held the blade, and nearley dropped it to the ground because of the pain she got from holding the hilt, and for it's weight. Scarlet put the sword into the sheath, and continued her journey with the woman, around the mountain range and to the village, sadly, she couldn't find her brother, but she found the blade of chaos, Narashi, of the Shadow. And returned to the village safely, and was proclaimed Chuunin, for her bravery.
