Genin can't use B-Rank techniques, only Chuunin and higher can.

darn. soo the jutsu acceptable but my ability's aren't.
right heres another jutsu i can,t learn but i don't think has been created. oh and one on want added to my app.

description a defensive shield composed hot melted rock. the one inside the jutsu is safe from the heat. because of another layer of earth on the in side. it is unbreakable except to very powerful jutsu's like rasanga. the is a five foot radius of heat. that is someone enters they will burst in to flames.

Creates flaming wings? without complete description that would burn also your body as the flame runs to your own body.

But don't mind it, you still can't use it.

can you explain how could someone burst into flames when they enter?
