sheild but not jutsu

im not really sure what to put for a non jutsu thing so ill just describe it


this a shield type

this can only be used by the user of the key chain or another kind of chakra blade.

the user focuses a lot of his chakra to the key chain( a chakra blade) as he begains to spin it a an enormous rate of speed. i cant get the chain up to full speed in two seconds.
The chakra in the chain began to build and slip out and lag in ther air long enough for the chain to come around and reinforce the chakra creating a kind of sheild. From any object that might be coming his way

It is a jutsu. Its most likely a weaponry technique or kenjutsu

so i can use it right. i mean i major in kenjutsu
