The tubes will exert a massive gust of chakra propelled wind which, just before leaving the tubes, has its effects boosted by 10x. This wave is capable of cutting pure titanium, but it can only be shot in a straight direction, and cannot be controlled.

Description: By channeling a precise and accurate amount of chakra into the wind pipes inside of her arms, she can focus air pressure to an unbelievable height. Once it is channeled, Malquiora's arms will shake wildly. In a speed near in the blink of an eye, a visible glowing white structure will cover a five foot radius in all directions will appear over the head of Malquiora. The white structure will stay there for three posts. While in the structure, they will basically be immune to most attacks, for the structure is actually such extreme winds that they cannot be seen or heard by the human eyes or ears. If the user cannot sustain a steady channel to the fortress, it will collapse in on them, making them suffer great damage.

Denied, there is no way that this would be even close to a C rank tecchnique. This is more of an A rank class and needs to have some sort of limits, nobody can ust look at someone and say "They are blah blah and blah" so to say. Edit this please.
