Genjutsu are Genjutsu.
As long as they aren't OP, and can't blind or aren't too powerful for the character, Genjutsu are fine.

Obviously, but shouldn't we have rules? ? ?. . . People just god mod out of them, and its a ninja skill just as strong as Tai or Nin.
