The downfall is this technique requires a massive amount chakra of chakra, allowing Kasei to only be able to use this technique once in every topic and it takes him 2 posts too recover. So during the recovery time, he can't use any jutsus above D-Rank due to his weak state. This technique can be used in conjunction with Kyuubi's chakra, causing double the damage and he can use this technique more than just twice. Because of his extreme boost in chakra, it will only take 1 post for Kasei to recover.
