Description: Sairyou erupts in flames. The light from them makes him look invisible within, giving him the appearance of an actual Phoenix. He is protect from the unimaginable heat of the fire around him with a chakra field around himself. He can fly inside this form and unleash huge blankets of flames that have the intesity of the heart of the sun (by estimate of course) at about 6 until Sairyou begins to get tired and another 5 until he passes out and the form is over. These wide blankets span about 1 mile. Sairyou is incredibly hard to even touch in this form when he doesn't want you to. This form lasts for up to 15 posts.

Description: When Sairyou uses this jutsu, it puts an aura around his fists/blades/fire/ect. When this aura is activated, Sairyou can hit an enemy while taking off some of the enemy's chakra. He created this jutsu when he silently examined Hyuga's training their gentle fist. He tried to develope a way to mimick their ability of messing up chakra, but instead made this technique that hit chakra directly and blew it out of the enemy's body instead of sealing it off temporarily.

Description: Sairyou learned this move passively over time when he learned to mess with weapons of all kinds, when he was training as a Jounin. With this he created a more efficient way to dodge a projectile or distance weapon. He can passively push weapons off course. He can completely control projectiles with this ability, while he can also slightly control whips that are directed towards him, to an extend, like curving thir path to miss. With this, he is a rather hard person to fight against from a range. This ability works against weapons that are small (up to a foot and a half long(not including whiplashes)) and light (up to 5 lbs).

Name: Multi-Daggers

Appearance: Seven extremely light-weight daggers, each one made of metal, but are so sharp, they are hardly heavier than a feather. They are kept in a sheath belt, each sheath overlaps the others. They are used in combination with Weapon Manipulation, as a hightened combat weapon. They usually spiral around him in combat.

Length: About 8 inches each, with 4 inch hilts.

Width: About 5 inches wide.

Material: Super light iron(Sairyou calls it Feather Iron)

Weight: .002 lbs each.

Abilities: None Really, they are extremely light. Suited for combat. They are really sharp, so they slice through wind jutsu. Also as a defensive measure, a hidden scroll under the hilt wrapping shock anyone who grabs the hilt with a few volts of electricity, around 100 or so. Sairyou included.

Info: Sairyou found these blades on the dead body of a Kumo ninja who tried to assassinate him. They were really light and Sairyou made a few alterations to them, and created these tiny little killers, as means to fight against people who hunted him for his eyes after his secret was unveiled.

1. Pheonix form should have a limit on how wide these blankets of flame go, and how many blankets you may release.

2. Weapon manipulation, is a little OP because some ninjas are only weaponry. So that jutsu is unaproved because a full manipulation of weapons is something that you see in a KKG not a jutsu. Put a limit on how many you may redirect, and also a size limit aswell then it might be acceptable.

3. The rest are APPROVED unless someone else has something to say...
