Description: Neona created this Kenjutsu herself, using her Sword speed and all out speed, she will charge at the enemy with incredibly speed, once she gets about 5 ft away from them it will look as if she dashes through them very quickly, a bright light flashes and makes everything unseen for up to 3 seconds, as things become clear, there will be 8 light slashes on the enemy in different places, they are very thick and surround most of the enemy's body, after about 2 seconds they will all slash downward from on the enemy, to the ground then slide out 7 ft cutting in the ground forming a circle of 8 light spikes out of the ground around them. When they cut down the enemy they cut through the enemy causing high damage and leaving huge gashes.

Description: This Jutsu requires no hand seals, when this is activated it will appear as if the users chakra is shown clearly around them, it extends from the floor around them and raises off like flames above the user, depending on the users chakra color, this can be many different colors. Small pieces of earth and rocks will raise into the air from the force of the users chakra, this will increase the users speed, strength and all out abilities by 100%, it will also decrease the amount of chakra used by 30%. Description: This is a fierce Kenjutsu technique made by Neona. Reido Ten is a Kenjutsu more about Defense, and Counter Attacks, while in this style the Neona won't move, unless it is necessary, so to keep track of both her surroundings and her opponent's movements. When one enters this style they imagine a dome around them, that is called the Zero Point, if a opposing attack reaches that point it is the meant to defend, the dome is as big as the range of the weapon. After a successful block, deflection or evasion the user will unleash a fast and careful counterattack. (Remains until exited)

Name: Genwaku Dageki (Blinding Strike)

Description: This is a defense against attacks coming towards the opponent user from the ground level. The user quickly places their weapon behind them underhanded with the tip on the ground, then when the opponent is close enough, they will slash upwards not aiming at the opponent but making the blade pass through the ground and making dust rise between them and the opponent, normally to blind the opponent or distract them, then finally counterattack with a blinded strong and precise stab trough the dust and using the first slash's momentum.

Description: The user will throw a Shuriken in the way where another Shuriken would hide in its shadow, while the opponent is dealing with 1 Shuriken, the second will emerge from its shadow and strike blindingly.

Description: This technique was made by Neona herself, after thrusting her blade at the opponent, 3 more will appear around the opponent blocking all exit's accept from above or below, the created blades imitate Neonas blade and all stab in at the opponent at the same time Neona does.

Name: Seiteki Henge No Jutsu

Description: This Jutsu is similar to the original Henge No Jutsu technique, upon activating this Jutsu, the user will transform with a cloud of smoke into anything they choose, if it is used to transform into another person, chakra can not be accessed while in it, nor will the user ever fall out of the form unless they want to. This can be used in another way to, this Jutsu has the ability to see the other user's "taste" through they're eyes and transform into the male or female that attracts them the most.

Name: Exploding Seal Technique

Description: Neona will secretly throw a small paper seal onto ant area of the opponent, when it is thrown it will attach to them and stay attached until it is taken off, when attached it feels as if it isn't there and is incredibly hard to notice when put on a spot the person doesn't pay attention to. The tags weigh almost nothing and feel as if they weren't even on you when attached, with a single hand seal, the tag will explode critically wounding whatever part of the body the tag is on.

Name: Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon

Description: This Kenjutsu Technique was invented by Neona. Neona will crouch down similar to a tiger, but only on 2 feet, a Tiger will be seen crouching down where the user is like a vision, she will then charge at the enemy with breakneck speeds, immediately following up with a upward slash right at the center of the enemy, the slash will be incredibly powerful and slash up in 3 lines though only 1 sword is used, it will be similar to a tigers scratch. The enemy will then be forced into the air, even if they dodge the upward slash they may still be sent airborne from the power, the user will then jump into the air incredibly fast, with enough power to create a crater in the ground under them, they will go high into the air quickly, then slash down with incredibly speed and power at the enemy all the way to the ground, as they are slashing a dragon will be seen with its head going at the enemy looking like its going to block them. If managed to be dodged, though it is almost impossible to dodge if the opponent gets caught in this technique, it will often cause the ground to crack, and create craters in different areas when the blade hits the ground.

Description: Upon activating this Jutsu, a invisible eye will instantly form on the back of Neona outside of her clothing, it will be like a dragons eye and allow her to see behind herself for 10 posts.

Small Update: Neona has the ability to put a incredibly small amount of chakra into her feet, which allows her to stand on different levels of air.

Description: This Ninjutsu was created by Neona. When this is normally performed on others who use a weapon for the attack, as it works with Neonas eyes and allows her to see what the enemy does in slow motion, then counter it with a deadly attack. When activated, the background, and everything else will turn black except for all people in the area.

Description: This Kenjutsu is another way to use one of the abilities of Neonas Kekkei Genkai. With a simple swing of the sword, and screaming out the name of the Jutsu, a incredibly large black and red beam will be shot out of her sword. The attack can be held back by either a weapon, or pure power, but if it hits the opponent, it will trap them inside and continuously rip them up repeatedly as it leaves them and disappears. The closer the opponent is to the source of the attack, the harder it is to dodge, or hold back.

Description: This Kenjutsu technique was designed by Neona to quickly kill those who try and attack from under the ground, or even damage people around her all at once. Neona will stick her sword into the ground with both hands on the handle, immediately after, a blue light, with also what seems to be lines will raise up from the ground, that looks like an incredibly amount of power is raising up. stones, and anything loose, along with small pieces of the ground will raise up into the air high to. After about 3 seconds, it will all stop with a small outbirst of brown smoke like first that flies out in a giant ring from under the users feet. After 2 seconds, the ground will immediately break up into a incredibly large crater in an explosion like impact and crush all the stone into one another under it, along with crushing anyone under it.

Motamota Raishuu

Hightened senses would allow me to retaliate to an attack much faster then i normally would, which is what the enemy would be seeing, but what i would actually be seeing is a slowed motion of that attack

Not to sound mean but how, i dont see how a sword will in highten your seeing.

Kenjutsu is a lot more then just a sword heightening your senses

It is, but it isn't only a sword, otherwise most Kenjutsu would be impossible to do. Kenjutsu uses chakra as well for some of the Kenjutsus, along with the sword

So should your sword be in your Kenjustsu like my sword is in ine when i do Phantom Something forgot my own jutsu name.

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack.

Description: The user will do the required hand seals then hold 1 hand to the sky sending a portion of chakra up, after so, a very thick and large bolt of lightning from the sky will shoot down in front of them, it will form a mini tornado made of lightning and will spin at the enemy with incredible spinning speed. (Can be made stationary before the tornado is created for up to 5 posts)

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Description: Upon activation of this Jutsu, Neona will surge lightning chakra into her blade, at her will on swing, a crescent moon like shape of lightning will shoot out and fly at the targeted area, the slashes are a little large and in the shape of a half moon, each slash that sends out the attack will give off a bright flash as it comes out of the blade for a split second, not bright enough to blind the enemy, just great as a distraction or surprise. This will stay active for 7 posts, or until canceled by the user.
