Description: Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by kira which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from her body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, kira will expel a sticky liquid from her gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows kira or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Description: Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Description: Suiton • Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Steam

Name: Steam Leak

Description: This jutsu allows Kira toconcentrate fire in one of her hands, and water in the other. When she feels there is enough she slams her hands together the two elements mix together releasing a large amount of steam that covers half a mile. This steam is too thick to see through with the naked eye.

Description: This jutsu releases a stampede of fire that resembles dragons speeding, this fire engulfs anything in its path. This will leave 3rd degree burns.

Description: This jutsu is used by doing the necessary handsigns creating a giant dragon manipulated of steam that come after the opponent or behind the opponent and releasing a load of steam that will burn and boil the opponent on contact. This will also cause 3rd degree burns.
