History//Legend of the Clan:

there has been no accurate accounts of the willow clan from any human nor willow. they have been intertwined within human lore of monsters with ivory skin and white hair. their image has also have been of witches, vampires and demons (even though demons do exist also, they simply mistook them for one) the only thing that the willows now know is that their very beginning came from the valley of the end between the bear and star country in the toxic fissure.

Kekkei Genkai//Bloodline of the Clan:

at age 1 they begin as totally vulnible and unable to eat anything but their exhausted parents for food. the birthplace is taken place where the willow builds an enourmous structure filled with dead animals with the last of their energy.

at age 5 the child has finished eatng all of the animals in the structure and has broken through using only the utensils in the sructure( if they are not intellegent to break through, they die and the willows later destroys evidence of their very existence.

once they break through they are carried to the snow village and goes through a series of hard training and the training of their brain.though after 6 they are suseptible of any sort of disease and cold due to their low immune system. they would most likely die before they hit 8. if they do hit 7 they can start to walk and use their senses. at age 10 they can walk but have to be heavily moniterd due to their sickness. finally at age 13 they are able to see, talk, eat full meals and run. throughout their life they cannot be hurt by colds or flus. their lungs however can never be active and only breathe through their skin, which makes them vulnible to acids and poisons. at age 15 they can retract their claws and move small amounts of atoms with their eyes and claws. if they grow old enough ( 100 or more) they could move atoms without claws but with a high amount of difficulty. they have no main organs except for their blood that cannot be removed from their body but can cause extreme complications if it heals the skin wrong since they have fast regeneration of the skin but the bones take 4 times slower than normal humans. their bones are red from absorbing the iron from human and animal carcasses. their teeth remain white and in small cases they have red teeth only to be bleached to fit in. their teeth are sharp like a cats to tear through skin and are total carnavores. they can only eat once a day and if they eat more they will poison themselves with the acidic properties of humans. the males have spurs on the back of the heels but can only be used once they are over 300 years old. the claws can only retract to 6 inches and the spurs only 3 inches max. they use their atom eyes to create small objects or reactions on surfaces such as catching things on fire or cooling them down. they cannot make any of that stuff until they are over 50 years old and can only make objects that can fit inside their palm. though the ammount of atoms they can control double every 20 years. their characteristics vary since they like to dye or tattoo their bodies or seal animal skins to their bodies as a form of fashion but in their purest form they have white hair, varied smooth skin and yellow eyes with several pupils along them. they can only contain chakra if they are introduced to it under the age of 13 and can form a jutsu of it before that designated age. they can see atoms clearly and without problem at the age of 13 too. due to their lack of muscles, sturdyness they tend to grow tall and slender with insane amount of speed to match the fastest animals. due to the foolishness of the entire clan, they have only one sure thing. they keep their bodies coverd because of their genetic disease that never leaves them. they call it a 'cancer virus and is never used unless to give empty threats or to kill animals since the treaty between willow and human. if the treaty is broken due to one of the willows touching a human with a bare hand, killing the human instantly and nearly killing the willow, they will be exicuted in front of the relatives of the one that was killed and slowly tortured until they beg for death. even though they face several imminent death since birth, they cannot die unless killed by hand. no ammount of old age can kill them. due to their inability to use chakra, they cannot make jutsus since they were not origonally ninja but nomadic barbarians.
Clan Information:

- Clan Training :: they train by hunting animals that are fair game to them (mostly humans) or they train normally but with a more difficult proccess of catching each other only to pin each other to the ground. their only other training is raising plants to extend their patience.

- Population :: less than 100 ( 5 in site)

- Nature//Values :: they have a facination in the art of languages and at a young age ( for willows. maybe 20) they are quite fluent in at least 3. they love poetry and verbal discriptions from humans of nature since they cannot see colour, shape and other things. due to that, they cannot be able to see any gen but some would beg to be put under it to be able to try to decipher what the humans wanted them to see. they beleive that if everyone in their clan is strong, there wont be any betrayal if they know that each one is deadly, strong and turns completely barbaric in war. due to their wild natures, they have hard punishments and training when they are not begging a human to tell them stories of lore, since they are unable to make any up themselves.

- Clan Founder :: Ki Willow

- Relationship :: ki willow is one of the high elders and is considerd a very young willow to be able to join the group. he pretends to be humanlike and makes jokes to conceal his menace that shows out like a clear bell. ki keeps his eyes squinted so they wont be able to see his eyes that usually frighten people. he once had a daughter, a wife, a sister and now cares for his brother in law and neice.

- Clan Political Structure :: the chikage is a human that is annointed the power of a willow and the ability to reach into the minds of the willows in order to communicate. the structure is a monarchy except the youngest of the willows have the ability to veto whatever the chikage says if it shows danger to the entire clan. the chikage has to wear a jewel to show proof that the dna of a willow ourses through his veins and still be able to have mentality and can see shapes.

revy, you didnt read it dod you? we can't do the death touch or we will be killed ourselves. we cant make 'anything' apear at any moment, we have to have the atoms in the atmosphere available to us. in our other app we could make atoms at our will. and if we overdo the making of atoms we become parapyzed. we regenerate 2x faster than a human, but that just means that the amount of time you get a cut on your hand, ; for instance a papercut, it takes us 1 day to heal than you that would take 2 days to heal. plus, our bones takes 4x slower which shows that if you break a leg it will take you 1 month to heal when it would take us 4 months to heal. we are far from OP revy. ^^ i would like a second opinion on this before your lock this topic like you did to reiki.
