OFF RPG REPEAT OFF RPG. ( i hope i did that right.)

the dark was coming. a dark figure crouched on a tree limb over hanging the road. a streak of black was forming over kaga's right eye as the sun set in the west. hmm soon to be night. kaga thought. and not a single exciting event this day. ill have to make one to night. robber ninjas usually passed at this time of night. kaga had already caught two this week. just a few minutes till darkness then the night will here. my friend the dark and its friends the thieves. hopefully their stronger than the last bunch. then kaga saw a figure headed toward him from afar.

Falling, falling, stop. A girl, about five feet tall landed far enough from the boy nearby that he could see her sillohuete. Her black tank top was a little revealing, showing a small bit of her bra, and a brown belt crossed a pair of denim short-shorts. Ordinary swords hung on both sides of the belt, and a bunch of ninja tools were supplied in pockets. She turned towards the boy, after she had fallen thirty feet down from jumping off a building. She held onto a kunai in her bleach-white teeth and stared at him, her eyes coloured red, angered from her fall. She grabbed a piece of wire from her roll, and attached a bunch of shuriken, so if flung, the shuriken would fly off and twist towards wherever she aimed next. Magic, but just an ordinary kunoichi. Rei stood calmly with the kunai and shuriken tower, waiting to see if he would attack her.

a girl huh. darn thats the second time this has happened. i need to chose a different rout to watch. well il just immobilize her first then interrogate then let her go. plus check for cash. hope she wont mind. did a back flip from the tree and landed ten feet away from the girl. "excuse me but i bored and you might be a robber so im going to attack you." he said putting a hand on the hilt of his sword. when his hand touched his sword he puled his chakra in a pattern setting off a trap in hilt. a glass like key sprang out of the hilt of the key blade. the key was attached to a near invisible string that aloud kaga to stear it with his chakra. the flew out of the hilt it was almost as hard as dimond and could not be seen in this light. it would fly out and pierce the girls shoulder.

Rei laughed a little, "Robber? No, I'm just a ninja, and I'm gonna kick your ass." She quickly turned towards the key-blade, and send an electric orb that exploded at the impact, deflecting the keyblade slightly, the light of the raiton orb was quite effecient, she saw the keyblade, and had thrown the orb at last second. She quickly grabbed her shuriken tower, and flung it, just so all the shuriken, about twenty of them, flew towards Kaga and turned in close to his arms, and at his feet, she sent two more orbs, and at his head, she sent a large bolt, so he would duck and get hit by the shuriken and the orbs would hit his feet, or all three would hit him.

Description: The user projects some of his chakra, which is given a positive charge, to a location. The user then gives some air in front of his open palm a negative charge, and a large static bolt jumps between the two locations. While the lightning bolt is impossible to dodge, the location that it jumps to can not change, making it very predictable - assuming that the victim knows what's coming.

The lighting ball hit the trap. Sense the key was not metal it did not conduct electricity. She lucked out. Well half of skill is luck. Kaga thought. But her luck can only last so long. Hitting the lighting ball had made the trap go side ways. Using his chakra he steered the key. As she swung the shruken thing at him he jumped, therefor dogging the attack, and made a clone standing in his exact position.it would apprear as though his body had slightly flickered but reappered in the same spot. He flipped over and crouched up side down on an over hanging tree limb. ( its not the same one.) At that speed in the dark it would be hard to catch his movements. Being an expert in taijutsu he was much faster than the average genin. The key was still had momentum. He moved it so it turned but it was to late to hit the girl. The key simply turn and missed the girl by three feet, passing behind her. But this was what kaga had planed. He jumped from the tree limb. By now the attack had hit his clone. But it would be to late for her to notice him now. He passed by her by about four feet . The wire that was connected to his hilt caught on her middle. The key still in motion was jerked side ways as the wire went taut. It whipped around the girls body two times at the third turn ran out of wire. It would turn and cut in to the girl neck severing her wind pipe. Her arm were not tightly bound but moving them would only cause the key to speed up and cut more deeply. Kaga spun around and threw a letter bomb at her just in case.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kaga, thats totally stupid.. METALS are good conductors of electricity.

Second, you cannot use a jutsu if you dont know anything about it.

Third, an illusion is a genjutsu and you do not know genjutsu therefore forbidding you to use one.

[Also, people, are conductors of electricity. And Kaga, you never mentioned the lightning orbs heading at your feet. Please edit this to make it fit with the lightning orbs.]

[ Sorry I've been so long . I just had to help my mom . I was in the city for awhile, only got to use the computer at my uncle's house . Couldn't post there . Only looksies and PMs were allowed .]

She heart the wire starting to wrap around her, but it seemed it was to early. She quickly dropped a paper bomb and before the wire could immbolize her, she flickered herself nearly in front of the key, and she seemed not to notice Kaga, but she stared right where he would be. She drew two swords and two kunai, and cut the wire that would have strangled her from the key blade. She threw the swords in separate directions, and the kunai in the middle, making the electricity through the swords to bend towards the kunai. She drew to other kunai and placing them further away from the swords, but lined up perfectly. The lightning crackled lightly, but it was almost not noticiable. She then charged two other kunai and put them on a wire, and threw them directly where she had heard Kaga's thoughts, due to her kekkai genkai. She made the kunai so that they would, 'like' eachother, and wrap around Kaga anywhere on his body, and stab him there.

Name: Raiton • Magnetic Pull .

Description: With a positive charge in one kunai, and a negative charge in the other, Rei will throw these charged kunai at the opponent. Since positive and negative will pull to get to eachother, this jutsu is used for almost like a homing attack. Rei will make the kunai close on a part of the opponent to make them stop running, moving their arms, or just to try and kill off somebody .

Description: A more advanced version of the Lightning Trip-Wire Technique, this jutsu uses chakra to transform a few metal objects (most commonly kunai) into an electrical conduit through touch. Then the user uses chakra to send an invisible electrical current between all of the conduits. When someone walks between any two conduits, they get zapped .

Kaga saw the two kunai’s coming at him. He jumped up and back latching on to a tree. How did she know were I was he thought. He noticed the weapons stinging out of the ground in a type of pattern could be a trap. I would be best to stay away from that area. He was surrounded by a cloud of smoke as the bow was summoned. With his eye he could see out side of the smoke. Kaga threw a smoke bomb at the girl. It exploded covering the area in smoke. Kaga could see Inside of the smoke with his eye. So he know the girls exact location. He threw two senbons with strings attached over the girls shoulders. He used his chakra control to make the senbons turn around and come straight back at the girl. He also so threw a kunai head straight at the girl.
