He is a tall guy, who has white hair, and white eyes. He wears a strange ensemble of clothing that looks like nothing of his clan. He sometimes has his huge sword sheath on his back, sometimes not. Either way, he is more attuned to his taijutsu, although it is incredibly odd, he is usually seen looking loose and wavy in the breeze. He wears custom-made ninja shoes, that look like modern-day Nikes. He has two pouches, one full of pot, and one full of weapon scrolls. He has a headband on a third belt, barely seen under the cross shape that the other two belts make.

Personality: He is very... strange for a member of his clan. He has the greatest use of his Kekkai genkai but he has a strange method of boosting his power. He is in fact a Stoner. He Has obtained the ability to legally smoke pot any time. He doesn't really hide it either. Stoned or not, he is usually all about "Chillaxing" and the word "Dude!" He is highly immature, laughing at just about anything when he has the opportunity. Generally though, he is a cool guy to be around, he can help most people relax because he hardly remembers anything that he is told anyways. He DOES pay keen attention to his mission briefings though.

Clan History: The Hyuuga clan is known as the strongest clan of the Hidden Leaf, however, it hadn't always been like that. It was always a rather large clan, but it had only occupied the third place at best, fluctuating slightly as other clans rose and fell. As the two strongest clans - the Uchiha and the Senju - slowly died out, it moved up without fail to take the place of the most powerful clan. Rumors that the Uchiha originally branched off the Hyuuga were spread, along with other similar and larger machinations, and finally, with the Uchiha massacre thirteen years ago, they became without rivals.

There is not much to be said about the Hyuuga clan's history, it's structure, however, is of note. The clan is split in two parts: the branch family and the head family - but the separation is not a very common one. Only the first child of a head family couple gets to inherit the name, the others are marked as branch family, and their children automatically become members of the branch family as well. Because of this, the branch part of the clan is much larger than the head. Every branch family member has a seal engraved in their forehead in early childhood, marking them for the rest of their life, but its real purpose is different. Every head family member is taught a technique that can activate the seal, putting the target branch family member in immense pain and possibly killing them. As if that wasn't enough to create tensions within the clan, the stronger techniques of the Hyuuga are only taught to the head family members.

Description: This technique is extremely simple in its execution, and just as weak. By releasing a bit of chakra from their palm as they attack, the Hyuuga can create a "force wave" that is capable of pushing enemies backwards and works at a long distance as well. However, the damage dealt by this technique itself is practically non-existent, and the knockback can be almost entirely negated by shinobi who manage to stay firmly on the ground.

Description: The widely known technique, Byakugan is a doujutsu with an unmatched level of vision. When activated, it allows the user to see in every direction at the same time, with only a small blind spot at some angle above their back. More than that, it allows one to scan wide areas by letting them see through objects and over a distance of up to ten miles. Finally, they can detect chakra even better than the Sharingan, capable of seeing even the chakra circulatory system of living creatures. However, Byakugan does not have the Sharingan's ability to detect and anticipate high-speed movement.
While the Byakugan only has one stage, the level of power between its general level and that which only a few can achieve is vast. Generally, mastering this doujutsu yields all the same powers to a clan member, with only one tiny difference, which creates a large gap in power as a result. This difference is the ability to see tenketsu, special regulatory points in one's chakra circulatory system. By attacking these points with Jyuuken, the Hyuuga can affect the flow of chakra in their opponent's body without limit. With that said, they cannot be attacked without being able to see them, which is the reason why two Hyuugas of the same average skill level can have entirely different combat power.

Description: Rumored to be the strongest taijutsu style in existence, Gentle Fist is an effective killing technique. Unlike a common taijutsu style, it is not based on speed and strength, but solely speed, which allows its practitioners to have more specialization. The style's blows are weak, but they deal exceptional damage because the style is based on attacking the chakra circulatory system. The Hyuuga are able to release chakra from every opening on their body, unlike normal shinobi, and they can see their enemy's chakra circulatory system, which allows this style to be effectively used. By attacking it, the clan members can deal damage to their opponent's internal organs and disrupt their chakra flow. Since it uses chakra to attack, ordinary defensive measures are rendered useless. Stronger shinobi can make it work even through armor, but it can't be used to damage chakra system at all unless the user's hand connects with the target.

Description: Through-out the history of the Hyuuga clan there have been many attempts to modify Byukagun. In the past they were hunted down for experimination, those whom tried to capture or kill a hyuuga ussually end up dead. Out of their own free-will Hyuuga began to experiment with hallucinogens to alter their Byukagun. One smokable substance known by many names was known to produce unusual effects in Byukagun. By inducing quantities of marijuana any shinobi will suffer from impaired motor skills, loss of stamina, and evantual loss of memory. Dried cannabis or marijuana may also cause beneficial effects the reddening of the eyes, increased heart rate, muscle relaxation, and decreased intra-occular pressure. Intraocular pressure is mainly determined by the coupling of the production of aqueous humor and the drainage of aqueous humor mainly through the trabecular meshwork located in the anterior chamber angle. Too much pressure will cause Glaucoma. Current consensus among optometrists and ophthalmologists define normal intraocular pressure as that between 10 mmHg and 20 mmHg, lets say Byukagun is between 20 mmHg and 40 mmHg. By reducing Intraocular pressure to average levels Byuakgun will squint, chakra waves are spread around a larger radius past a full rotation (360 degrees :. no degree of non-visibility) thus the unusual effects take place. Those eyes become immune to visual genjutsu, completely unpredictable (even too fully fledged sharringun) and unable to see Tenketsu for the duration of the high (entire topic :. unable to use any hyuuga jutsu) after which time they will feel extremely tired. The hyuuga who uses this usually tends to forget things.

Max walked through the village holding a blunt of pot in one hand, the other hand chilling in his pocket.The people he walked by looked upon him with either disgust or fear. Max had just lit this blunt, but he wasn't high yet. The people always looked angry at him. He questioned why but he had no time to think. A man fell from above and Max just barely dodged a dangerous attack with but a sidstep. He frowned and licked one finger, and put out his blunt while he took care of business. Activating his Byakugan, he glared over at the man, seeing his chakra points. He took a Jyuuken stance and smirked. The man then ran in with a punch densly packed with chakra behind it. Max sidestepped and threw a strike at a vital chakra point. The mystery ninja flipped over the strike and grabbed Max by his arm, and swung him in a full verticle circle and slammed Max on the ground.

Suddenly enraged, Max hopped up and took out the blunt once more and lit it as fast as he could. Dodging a flurry of punches, Max took a long, deep hit, and everything suddenly felt good. His eyes turned a little reddish, and his muscles relaxed to a great deal. He sound see a full 360 degrees around himself. He smiled like he was relaxed. The mystery ninja panicked and threw a punch blindly, not even trying to plan out what he would do now. The people around the fight gasped and shivered a bit in fear. He suddenly stepped around the man, and grabbed him by the cback of his head. He then released a huge lance of a chakra needle through the man's skull, and he fell to the ground. His head's vital chakra points were shut off, and his mind shut down with the rest of his body soon after.

Max switched his hand's grip to a hippy peace sign with a big unnecessary smile on his face. The people around suddenly began to laugh a bit before most of the crowd scattered away. Max took another hit of his pot and went to go relax some more in a hidden Zen Garden (With many full grown marijuana plants)
