How do you get a new rank cause i know people have been the same rank for a very long time

I will give you a rank upgrade when sufficient missions are completed. Just come to my office when you want one.

Yes they should, Kage's dont work for their shinobi's. Shinobi's are working for them.

If you are talking about the "Ninja Rank:" piece of the Ninja profile, that is hardly payed any attention to. Your rank really follows your group, since admins never pay attention to that small letter rank anymore, which i have been trying to fix, but i don't know how much longer I'm going to be staying an admin
