Description: Kaiyo will perform handseals and then he will send his chakra into the ground and raise up a wall of soil in front of him.As it is made of chakra infused soil it can block normal projectiles with ease and can withstand elemental attacks of up to Rank C.

It can only withstand Water Element because it is Earth Element.

Last one you have genjutsu as specialty?

I was going to assume that vs Neutral elements it could block normally and was simply more durable against water jutsus.As for the last jutsu, Genjutsu is my Secondary Specialty.
