description. a steal tipped black arrow. it has dried poison on the tip. when the poison touches blood it will disperse in to the blood stream. the poison will take affect in five minutes the victim will be paralyzed the poison will wear of in thirty minutes.

description: and arrow with a string attached. this string allows the user to guide the arrow with their chakra.

On the poison black arrow, they should be post times, not minute times. Make it in posts
