Description: A advanced weapon technique which utilizes major speed and spin power. This move requires massive strength on using. The power can cut through hard objects such as giant rock. The farther the enemy,the more destructive power it gains against tough defenses such as walls and armors.

Description: This is a kind of "ninja tool summon" that, by sealing ninja tools like swords or kunai into, for instance, a scroll or one's clothes beforehand, allows them to be called upon when needed. Description – Thunder Orb Net is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the lightning element. After doing a few set of hand seals, the user will hold out their hands at their sides with palms facing forward. Tiny orbs of electricity will emerge from the tips of each finger, for a total of ten. These orbs will swirl infront of the user momentarily, and connect lightning strings to each orb forming a net before firing at the enemy at high speeds. Upon impact, the orb which were guiding the net will lock with each other, trapping the enemy inside the net causing shock to the enemy.

Description: After forming the hand signs, the user will expel lightning chakra from their back in the shape of massive feathered wings. These wings will wrap around their body and protect against all incoming attacks with the exception of A-S ranked jutsus or a B-Ranked wind jutsu. The wings will then explode out ward in a massive nova of electrical energy, frying everything in the immediate vicinity (a range of 15 meters in all directions). Anyone or thing hit by the lightning will suffer from severe electrical burns, causing extreme pain, and will find moving rather difficult, as their nerve signals have been crossed. This takes a lot of chakra, due to large radius, huge size of wings, etc.

The jutsu had the description that it can protect against all incoming attacks except with A-rank jutsus?

Explanation:

Well since its Raiton, it can defend against an S-rank Earth Jutsu.

But it can be destroyed by a mere B-rank Wind Jutsu because its weak against it.

About the other elements (Katon, Suiton, Raiton) well it can only defend against the same rank of this jutsu which means A-rank. It can still be destroyed by an A-Rank or above jutsu.

Huh?, why are you even posting a jutsu I know? without my permission or even the creator's permission (Kostas)?

This would definitely get DENIED due to lack of permission to use jutsu.

No offense, but I thought you'd know about this kind of issues, basically you cant use the jutsus of others without their permission so I see no reason for you to get this one checked.

Oh and even if you get permission, I'll still deny it due to you already possesing a speed enchancing jutsu.
