Clothing: Kaizen is seen around the Amekagure in two main outfits. His casual outfit is one which is custom to the men in his clan, Kaizen wears a black robe with a white thin robe underneath acting as a undergarment and white socks with brown sandals that are tied few inches above the ankles. The robe is basically a pair of black hakama with a black haori, tied together by a white sash around the waist line. Arashii will occasionally wear armbands wrapped around his arm with a brown, simple leather band. Then when Kaizen is in job,he uses red-wide robe and pure black pants toes by his brown colored bag which his items will be stored.

Personality: Kaizen is a usually seriousl and silent guy who don't even talk to people around him but talks a lot to those people he don't like. He may seem quite quiet and serious to some but to the people that truly know him he shows more qualities of an introvert. Kaizen is a gloomy and introspective person, not easily given to socializing long with others. He generally appears uninterested and indifferent, leading many to believe he has a great ability to be a leader. But with all of this he always likes to stay polite, and is not often rude. However when duty calls, Kai has a strong moral compass and sense of commitment to his comrades. Even though, by his own testimony, he lacks bravery, he will sacrifice himself and face almost certain death for the sake of his friends or villagers without a second thought. In short, he is the very definition of how a leader should be like, and it is for his raw leadership skill. Besides this attitude, he has expressed a notably mature interest in marriage and raising a family; on the subject, he hopes to.

Clan History: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.

Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Ability Summary: Sharingan ans its abilities:

The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the chakra flow. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements[3] or mimic something like pencil movements.[4] As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

The Sharingan's final ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponents make even before they do, making it appear as if the user can "see the future". More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. In fact, Itachi Uchiha was so masterful of it, he was able to keep it active for most of the time, only once deactivating it after using Tsukuyomi on Sasuke and Amaterasu to escape Jiraiya. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

Kaizen is a very fast shinobi, when in close range his movement and agility is second to none, able to dodge techniques many other ninja find difficult. He is also fast over travelling long distances. Kaizen is a very intelligent shinobi. he is a great strategist and analyzer of others. He isn’t your typical book-smart genius but a genius with his creative mind and ability to work with his hands. He is constantly creating new weapons and gadgets to aid him in battle, breaking the boundaries of weapon science in today’s society.

Great Intellegence-. By few observations, he can easily recognize a jutsu with complete details. He can also discover enemies weakness by using the details he get from observing or battling the enemy. this can also be used to master a certain jutsu in a short period of time. He is known as the Observer Genius when he was still in Ninja Academy. Kai is also expert on science which make him more easier to recognize objects and make some solutions to most battles. Kai had answered 147 different puzzles in just five days.

History/Background Story:

Pre-Academy/Childhood:

The history of Kaizen is one of mixed emotions. His life was full of mostly joy, but also glimmers of indecision and pain. Arashii was born 20 years ago in a small private room in the Konoha hospital. Kaizen would become the second child in the family as he would soon find out he had an older sister called Sayuri who was two years older than him. When Arashii was born he was the apple of both his parents’ eye, especially his fathers as he had wanted a son for a long time. Kaizen was born into the Zaijou Clan, a royal and respected clan within Amegakure. He would grow up in a loving family, one which would give him everything he desired in life.

Kai's father was an ex-shinobi from the Rain Village, while his mother was a "stay-at-home mum". His father retired from being a shinobi for the village just after Kai's older sister was born. He was a jounin and felt that it would be safer for him not to carry on his duties and constantly be in danger, so he wouldn't miss a single moment of his childs life. This was a great relief for Kaizen's mother as he had wanted him to retire from being a shinobi for a while. Kaizen's father would soon work in the Amekagure Weapons Shop, one of the oldest and finest establishments in Ame.

So from a young age Kaizen and Sayuri were introduced to a world full of weapons. Naturally they would be interested in becoming shinobi one day just like their father was, and even though Kai's's mother was weiry about this she knew that there was no chance in stopping it. Sayuri especially was very keen on being a shinobi. Her and Kaizen had a close relationship when they were young and were constantly playing and laughing with one another. Kaizen couldn't ask for a better older sister, she was always kind and considerate to him and would always be patient with him, in situations that she probably shouldn't have. She had a fascination with swords from a young age, and was a very talented ninja. Kaizen would often watch Sayuri and they father in the field as he taught her the basics of paper manipulation and weapons. Kaizen looked up to her, and because she had a passion for being a ninja, the passion started to grow inside of Kaizen as well.

Academy Arc

In the Academy, he was an alright student; excelling in Chakra Control. It was his favorite subject and she spent much of her free time working on it. Although she was studious, he wasn’t very consistent, flaking off in certain subjects she disliked such as genijutsu. Having a good hold on her given elements, even at a young age, she worked hard on her strengths.

Although she often joked and slacked off in certain classes, Vivi pulled herself together near the end and passed the academy with above average grades. Proud of herself and her brother she was excited for genin hood, although she was a tad nervous.

When they tore his away from her sister, he was worried for her, still quite protective of her, but after a bit of consoling from her adoptive mother, he became more confident and knew that if he wanted to still protect him, she needed to become stronger.

Genin Arc

At first, he disliked being a shinobi, finding the chores annoying but not hard; his work in Yakeato much worse. He spent hours everyday when away from his team, working on her chakra control and technique, climbing up trees and holding his position for as long as possible. It was hard, but he enjoyed the rush of chakra pumping from her system.

Her sensei, Dogi was a stalk man who was constantly serious. He reminded the 15 year old of a drill sergeant and she often told him of it, her mouth still sarcastic and tongue sharp. He was the one that helped her gain more control over it, although the process was long and hard. Having a good hand in ninjutsu, he showed Kai the ropes, teaching him, her very first B ranked a jutsu.

He loved with creating weapons and often at times found herself thinking about others, creating them in his mind. Some were too strong for her but he wrote them down in a journal, knowing one day; he would be able to use them. His teammates often came to him for help, a weapon’s user and a lightning excelled student. Both fit well with his personality and they were a strong team, covering each other’s backs well.

When heading into the chuunin exams, they went in confidently, knowing they had an advantage; their team strong and well put together. Kai spotted her brother and she smiled at him, giving him a thumb’s up sign before turning it down in a silent exchange. He was determined to beat him.

The first exam was easy for the genin. Having a wide intellect she had no need to cheat, although she smacked quite a few who tried to copy her paper. Having a good hand with wind already, he sliced a genin from Takigakure across the cheek, causing him to burst out in anger, making him fail. He had laughed silently.

The second exam was different. He knew both of her companions well; their weaknesses hidden by another’s strengths and in the first night the gathered a scroll. Instead of heading for the tower right away, they stayed behind, ambushing multiple groups of shinobi, stealing their scrolls and either killing them. They didn’t want any competition. When they arrived to the tower on the final day, they were in possession of 5 scrolls, effectively dismissing 3 teams. The victory was a sweet one.

Before the third exams, Kai spotted her sister and silently let out a relieved sigh. Although he would never admit it, he had been worried he’d get injured even though he knew he was fully capable of taking care of himself. During this time, she remembered back to the time he saw his cheeky little smile. It made her laugh silently. Going back to his room, she readied herself for the competition.

When the pairings were given out, because there was no need for preliminaries, Kai felt a strong urge in her stomach that bubbled up. He was excited for what was to come, and he knew he could win. Having one of the first matches, the first thing he did research on her opponent. The boy, Fiae was a taijutsu user. Knowing his own strengths and weaknesses, Vivi knew she would have to use weapons and be careful planning out a strategy.

Training hard, mentally and physically, she was ready when the month passed by and it was time for the exams. She hadn’t talked to her brother much then, him training just as hard as her with his sensei. In the house, most of the time they were too tired to carry out a conversation and often found themselves shuffling towards their beds.

Disappointed in his performance, the next matches went by with glazed eyes, barely noticing what was going on until he spotted her sister take the field and win easily. He had cheered for him with a sister’s bravado and as he collapsed against the wall after climbing the steps back to the preparation room, he slid down beside him and hugged him awkwardly with one arm, resting her head against his. They chatted about their matches, small talk as it’s called and gave each other hints. It lasted for a while before finally they were called back into the stadium. Thinking she wasn’t going to make it; Kai was surprised when her name was called and the position of Chuunin was appointed to her.

Chuunin Arc

After the exams, he spent some time on vacation; declining any missions. He had gotten into politics, and often during council meetings, he listened and learned; becoming a spokesperson of Konoha in a way. He found this job inspiring and good for her character, knowing it helped her in the long run. He learned how to chat politely without inducing her sarcasm.

It also put his name out there for other leaders who had met him. Kaizen still worked on her jutsus, her weaponry skills becoming extremely powerful and a force to be reckoned with. Sometimes, he’d take a mission just to see how his jutsus were progressing and was always excited when they worked out properly. The completion of a jutsu made her day and when using his own creation on her opponent, he became slightly sick in the head; the power of control fogging his mind. It was not noticeable, because it wasn’t threatening for anyone except her opponent.

The slight, sadistic nature only came when she used her own special jutsus and it wasn’t something evident, just a small spark in her eyes that disappeared as quickly as it came. She lived with the slight insanity, knowing it was under control, although she had a suspicion that it was created from the times she used her own jutsus on herself to test them.

Still into politics, she decided another rank was necessary, her sensei Dogi, suggesting it. Trusting his wisdom and words she did, gaining the rank easily. It was a wonderful feeling to be near the top of Kusagakure, and to know she was helping people. Taking on more missions, she saved up; spending her ryo on an apartment. It was quite big and modern, fitting into her rather fast paced life nicely.

Roleplay Sample:

Standing on a hill overlooking the village, Zumi appeared calm and collected. It was odd, for so long he had been within the mist that blanket the village, and now he was over it. Looking down it looked like the village was under the sea, and the mist resembled the tides by the way it swayed in the wind. Zumi thought he was God standing where he was, high and mighty looking down at society. He watched as his fellow villagers walk the streets, appearing to be ants from where he was he laughed. He laughed of the thought that was one of them on a daily basis. He was no different from the average person, or was he? Zumi spent a long time finding his destiny, and he always thought of himself as different. Maybe he was, or maybe it was just him wanting to be different. But being different was something wasn't healthy in society in that time. With Konoha now in the Mist Village, everything had to run smoothly and less suspicious. If something were to happen, it could be a war in the whole village. Now that would be fun to Zumi, but the death of his comrades would strike him deep in the heart. Oh what a miserable day that would be.

Today was the day that Zumi would execute a missions, a assassination mission at that. He hasn't done a lot of those missions in his lifetime, so this one would be exciting. Although the thought of killing someone for his country didn't bother him, he hated the fact that he had to stealth. Dumb right? Liking assassination but hating stealth, talk about contradiction. The mission report said that the drug dealer's hideout is in a warehouse in the border of the village. A perfect place for secret, the abandoned warehouse was covered in a thick cloud of mist, and far away from society. Humako was his name, the person who has been causing the great Mist Village such bad reputation. Humako is heavily guarded, and the warehouse itself is like a mansion. It shouldn't be a problem for Zumi though, with his speed and ability he should be fine, hopefully.

Zumi jumped off the cliff, both his arms in the air and feet down in preparing to land. The wind felt amazing, rushing threw his body as he gracefully fell. Cutting threw the wind as he lands he heard the screams of the wind as they brushed off his body. Landing on a rock that stood off the cliff, he landed on his feet and quickly bent his knees to remove the force of the fall. Looking to his left he saw small rocks sticking out of the cliff. He figured he could hop on them and work his way to the village outskirts from the mountain area. One by one he hopped on the rocks, some broke while others stood still. His movements were swift and acrobatic. He occasionally walked on the surface of the mountain if a rock was too far away. After a while of rock hiking the image of a gigantic mansion became more visible. Buy this time Zumi was in the woods, and he stopped while on the surface of a cliff. Jumping down on a patch of leaves in the on the ground, he looked at his environment. The drug dealers hideout was locating in the woods, tall trees blocked the sunlight but the forest still had a glow to it. The mansion was located a few kilometers ahead of Zumi, it was there in the middle some trees. “Hm.”

Special Abilities: The Kagenagi has several different abilities that will be activated by inserting his chakra.
-by using the futon seal,the user will increase the length and density of the Kagenagi to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. Because it is wind chakra-enhanced blades,these are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron.
-The Nara Clan Member maker made a shadow seal on this sword meaning that this blade can target his opponent's shadow and remotely trap them in the Shadow Imitation Technique. Just like the shadow imitation ninjutsu, the period of time and weakens with each passing minute. Light is a direct factor in this sword ability.
Origin: Kaizen uses this as this main weapon. Before,the weapon's ability is to channel chakra,but when he used to fight a nara clan member and losed,he lost this blade. The Nara clan member inserted the shadow seal on the blade to use it like shadow shuriken imitation jutsu. Kaizen used to stole the weapon after he found out where the sword is.

Appearance: The basic shuriken

Special Abilities: These shuriken have a special ability that is unique to Kaizen's weapon arsenal. He created a small seal which is based on his Elemental Absorption Seal. The seal has the same effect as the technique but to a smaller level. The shuriken is thrown when the opponent uses a long-range elemenal attack. When the shuriken is thrown the seal activates and it absorbs a small part of the opponents attacks energy. The shuriken can seal away one ranks worth e.g With a B-ranked jutsu the shuriken can absorb one ranks worth of energy making the power of the technique a B-rank jutsu, stand so forth for as many shuriken that Arashii throws.
Origin: Kaizen recieved this weapon at his father when he passed on Chuunin exams. This is because Kai's dad knows that Kaizen was very bad when facing long ranged elemental techniques. He can't get calm down instead close his eyes. But when mastering using the weapon, he found learned how to dodge opposing attacks without using this shuriken.

Appearance: Standard exploding tag size, with the kanji for lightning on it, as well as other seals and markings

Special Abilities: When this tag is released, a shock is sent through whatever surface it is on. Kaizen will often have these tags strung on his wire, and when it wraps around an opponent, he can shock them until they are knocked out.

Appearence: Standard Exploding tag size, with the kanji for wind on it, as well as other seals and markings

Special Abilities: This tag is similar to an exploding tag, the only difference being that there is no flame, it’s simply expanding pressure. This is Easily Capable of sending someone flying. These are mostly non lethal, and can be used for training purposes, although they are effective in battle as well.

Special Abilities: These senbon, though appearing like regular senbon, can expand in width up to 5 times their normal width, for a D ranked amount of chakra. The user can only do so within an area of 100 meters.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: A very simple jutsu that aids in Genjustu, a ninja will use a small spark of chakra to go into a small pellet that will burst in a colorful and see through smoke. The eyes of a viewer, regardless of their will, will be drawn towards the explosion as it is specially created to make it nearly impossible not to be drawn towards (exceptions would be blindness, color blindness, etc.) This is used to trap an opponent in Genjutsu, since this makes a ninja meet their own eyes, though other uses exist.

Description: This is a kind of "ninja tool summon" that, by sealing ninja tools like swords or kunai into, for instance, a scroll or one's clothes beforehand, allows them to be called upon when needed. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between "taking out" a ninja tool, taking the right "stance" and actually "throwing" it is greatly reduced. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

The user pumps charka into their muscles to allow for a heightened bursts of speed, increasing the users speed by 20% for 2 posts. When the user moves the opponent wont be able to clearly see them as a blurry trail will form behind the opponent. This is useful so the opponent cannot get a fix on the target.

Midair, he will shout "Union"/"Ketsugou" as he forms a different seal. The weapons will then cluster, 2 in the center spinning vertically around each other, the rest will then orbit the core weapons in the different direction. Chakra will then glow forming a faint tail of light to the whole cluster. As the projectiles approach the enemy, the user will shout "Division"/"Bunkatsu" as he collects his fingers into a final handseal. The weapons will then react by disassembling and shooting in different directions ahead. All to reduce the opponent's chance of dodge the attack.

To move in either direction he will just simply shift his body eight in that direction and due to the continuous chakra movement within the soles of his feet his body will steadily move on top of the waters surface as if he were skating. He doesn't really have to shift a lot of his weight in the direction he wants to go; all he has to do is a lean a bit as if he were just casually leaning against a tree. This technique absorbs a little chakra at a time and can be used for an extended amount of time as long as he doesn't apply too much chakra.

Sharingan Combat uses two aspects, which involve physical fighting and the Shargingan itself. With the Sharingan activated the user will see the opponents movements very slowly, and with his/her body they can react quicker and more accurately then a regular person. This means the Uchiha can counter, block, dodge, attack etc extremely well. Not being over powered, a normal Taijutsu specialist will be able to hold a fight with a Uchiha, but a person who lacks physical qualities will has a high chance of losing in a physical fight with a Uchiha with Sharingan Combat.

Lets just fix the problem first,

You really are Arashii Tetsumi who made a 2nd character without reaching the required word count.

You know why I'd found out?

Arashii Tetsumi's Tempest Eye:


Stage One- This is the main stage that Arashii uses his eye for especially in battle. Arashii’s Tempest Eye processes a zooming lens capable of increasing his line of sight by 500x (Able to read a label of a drink 200m away). He can measure different distances such as length and depth with ease and can easily calculate angles and points of degree which helps him when he is working with his traps or weapons. Also this stage in the eye creates a thin blue boarder within it seen by Arashii's line of sight at all times. When he looks at an opponent and fits them inside this blue boarder it then turns red. Without a doubt, no matter how fast the opponent is moving Arashii will be able to follow and track that opponent up until 150m away. This is a handy ability when avoding sneak attacks that may come Arashii’s way. (Note, this cannot work on special enhanced speed/movement by a Kekkei Genkai). Also this stage in the eye processes night vision, and infra-red/thermal vision capabilities. (Note, this takes a smaller increase of chakra to perform)


Kaizen's' Sun( Tracking Eye ) Doujutsu:


Sun (Tracking Eye)- When activating this eyes,the user's eye color turns into yellow.\User' Eye processes a zooming lens capable of increasing his line of sight by 500x (Able to read a label of a drink 200m away). He had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls or other solid objects to view a wider world.
