~Clan History~
The Tejinashi clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. Because their clan possessed the Meorugan or "Blazing Eye," the Tejinashi excelled at being able to fend off attackers. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire.

Origin of the Clan: Seventy years ago, Kasei's great great grandfather, Kurisutaru, in which he was named after is the founder of the clan. Kurisutaru loves fire and messing with people. This sparked his interest in Katon Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu. He always felt a connection to the sun because of its amazing heat and fire. The sun was the most powerful thing to him. He would always feel confindent using fire jutsu when the sun was shining bright. Yet it was one day when he was practicing his katon jutsu, that he stared at a blazing fire, while doing some hand signs. He felt a pain in his eyes, and through his focus on his eyes he had sent chakra to them. He had no clue that he had activated a special hidden gene in his family line. With chakra and the fire's flames, he had irritated the gene, causing it to activate. This was the birth of the Meorugan. Soon he talked to other members of the family and his father and grandfather. The family talked about the legends of past members having fire eyes, but the gene seemed ot die. Kurisutaru had effectively revived the Meorugan, as he had called it.

Advancement of the Clan: As the clan went on in time, more members came into play. Kurisutaru had begun trying to master the revival of the Meorugan. He had managed to get a few members of the clan to be able to use Meorugan, but he soon realized that was the key, the member needed to have katon has their natural element, and all of the members did. During the time after the clan's advancment, Kurisutaru's son, Masutaru, eventually unlocked the Meorugan at the age of seven, being the youngest child to ever access the Meourgan at such a young age. Though his father eventually died two months before the child got promoted to Chuunin. At the age of 19, Masutaru somehow unlocked the Eternal Meorugan, a more powerful verion of the original Meorugan, something his father tried to prove it existed. But five months later, his clan realized that Masutaru had kill his best friend to obtain it, which went against the clan oath. Masutaru was then forced to leave Konoha and to never come back, but the clan had a horrible mistake. Not only did Masturu have the power of the Eternal Meorugan, he also had control over a tamed Bijuu. This Bijuu....was known as Nibi, the two-tailed cat monster. He had found the Bijuu two months before he was casted out of Konoha, trying to tame it with his Eternal Meorugan.

Masutaru's Revenge on the Clan: Two years later, Masutaru came back to Konoha, planning to get his revenge. On a late friday night, Masutaru forced the tamed Nibi to attack and slatter the Tejinashi Clan. They killed any clan member they saw, slattering about 47 members. Sastisfied at the amount, Masutaru retreated back to his hiding place. With only 25 clan members remaining, they to now wanted revenge once they realized Masutaru was the one that lead the massacre, they sent their most powerful clan member to try and kill Masutaru. This ninja was named Kuroshi, a man who also had obtained the Eternal Meorugan, sought out to fight Masutaru. Even with power over Nibi, Masutaru still lose against Kuroshi. Though Kuroshi only won because he had comitted suicide, since he knew it was the only way to defeat Masutaru.

Present: Now that Masutaru was dead, the clan slowly began to recover. Thirty years later, the clan had recovered from their horrid past, and many of the elders had began to forget the accidents that had occurred. A new generation had taken power......and many more prodigies would arise from the Tejinashi Clan.


~Kekkei Genkai~

Meorugan- Blazing Eye: The Meorugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Tejinashi Clan. The Tejinashi clan member is not granted the Meorugan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Meorugan itself can be transferred to another non-Tejinashi by a medical ninja. Because their bodies weren't born to carry the Meorugan, the eye is always activated and it burns his/her's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Meorugan on the body, he/she normally must keep the eye hidden and out of use.

Ability Summary: Once activated, the Meorugan allows the member to use special fire jutsu. The eye also allows the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu like the Byakugan, it can view the chakra circulation system and the movement or flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin. Unlike the Sharingan, they can only predict the movements of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Tejinashi's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. They can only avoid Taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques at certain levels.

Genin- Can only predict C-Rank Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and below.

Chuunin- Can only predict B-Rank Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and below.

Jounin- Can only predict A-Rank Taijutsu/Kenjutsu techniques and below.

S-Rank Ninja- Same as Jounin, must achieve the Eternal Meorugan to predict S-Rank Taijutsu/Kenjutsu techniques.


Eternal Meorugan- Eternal Blazing Eye: The requirements for gaining the Eternal Meorugan are very controversial in nature. One must kill a close comrade/friend or through a near death experience. Though Kasei seemed to have gained this special eye when he was about to be killed by a S-Rank fire jutsu. The Eternal Meorugan allows clan members to compress fire jutsu and access to many powerful fire techniques. Though usage of the these special fire techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal fire technique. Also, these "Eternal" eyes give the user unbelievable strength. With this strength, it was said Masahiru used Eternal Meorugan's fire abilities to supress the Nibi and tame it.
