Abilities: the boomerang has two smaller blades in the handle. Swift can activate and they will spring out they are connected to some metal wire. Swift can active the blades the same way she would activate a letter bomb.

Since positive and negative will pull to get to eachother, this jutsu is used for almost like a homing attack. Rei will make the kunai close on a part of the opponent to make them stop running, moving their arms, or just to try and kill off somebody .

Rei, using an ability that with lightning users can be common, and can easily be thought of.
