Gangryong stands just under 6 feet tall. He short jet black his his normally spiked up, never seeming to move during a fight. An incredibly rare trait, his eyes are a bright silver, almost blending into the white around them in the right light. He has a sleek, yet muscular body, honed through years of training, and toughened through countless dog fights with his peers. When just lounging around, he wears an old class uniform, a short sleeve button-down shirt with a dragon crest over the left breast pocket and either khakis or jeans. When he knows he is going to be in a fight, he wears a tank top with cut off sleeves and sweat pants with the bands at the bottom cut off and wraps his arms, from his fists up to just below his elbow, in boxing gauze

Clothing:Gangryong normally wears either a short sleeve button-down shirt, or a tank top with cut off sleeves and sweat pants with the bands at the bottom cut off. When he knows that he is going to fight, he wraps his arms, from his fists up to just below his elbow, in boxing gauze.

Personality:Normally Gangryong is a rather introverted person,choosing to keep to himself most of the time, only befriending people when it can benefit him. He addresses everyone, friend or not, in a rather curt and impolite manner. A very stubborn person, Gnagryong is always looking to improve himself through fighting. Not being a very strong learner, he continually finds stronger opponents to test, and improve his skills. Being determined to be the best, if he comes across someone he believes to be a true challenge to him, he will continue to antagonize his target until they agree to fight. In some cases Gangryong has even gone as far as to attack someone in order to try to prove himself to others who look down on him.

Description: The user separates his chakra into positive and negative charges than collides them in their fist, creating lightning, it has a stun effect, the effectiveness depends on the user's skill which can produce either a current that stuns the opponent for a long duration of time or a current that lasts only for very short time. This also depends on who the opponent is because if they are powerful enough, dispersing the effect with their own chakra would be quite easy.

Description: It works by only creating a negative charge while using the enemies positive charge used to guard against Lightning Fist to create a lightning effect, it disrupts the flow of chakra in the body of the enemy, the effectiveness of the technique depends on many separate factors, the user's skill level in the art and current condition when using Thunder Break, and the opponent's toughness and body density, with these factors the effect of the disruption can be very damaging or very weak.

Description:It's basic theory is "Static Electricity" and it works by changing the voltage of the users body and uses the flow of chakra as a current to shock the enemy. You generate negative charge on the left hand while inhaling and create a positive charge on the right hand while exhaling. Until the user lets go the person attacked will be continuously shocked so it's considered a kill technique.


~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:
Gangryong was always a competitive child. No matter what he participated in, he would always find some way to turn it into some type of competition. For the most part, he would always find a way to come out on top, proving to his "friends" that he was better than him. While he greatly enjoyed this, with each feat of strength, he would push people farther and farther away. This lead to a rather lonely childhood for Gangryong. Even so, he didn't care, even if they hated him, he was still content with the fact that he had proven himself better than them.

As an academy student, Gangryong was able to become the strongest in his class with his taijutsu skills,even with his lacking ninjutsu skills. Soon after graduation though, he was easily outclassed by his fellow genin who started to learn stronger ninjutsu, leaving him behind with his limited skills. One day while he was out "practicing" with some of his school mates, they began to grow tired of his violent acts, and decided to try to put him in his place once and for all. While he was getting beaten senseless, a good samaritan who happened to be passing by intervened and saved Gangryongs life. Wanting to get stronger, he endlessly pleaded to his savior to teach him how to be a stronger person.

After several days, the man finally agreed to teach Gangryong, and introduced himself as Yoochun. For the next two months, Yoohchun had Gangryong run for 2 hours every day. For two weeks, he ran every day, building his stamina by running nonstop. After several days, he again meet up with his teacher, who sounded unimpressed with Gangryong's determination and told him to run for three hours instead. After two weeks of running, the two finally began what would be considered real training. He started by having Gangryong doing sit ups, while hanging from a pull-up bar by his feet. From there he went to doing splits against a wall with his legs perpendicular to the ground. After that he began with copious amounts of one handed push-ups, than fighting with his right arm strapped behind his back.

After several months of seemingly useless training, Yoochun finally begins teaching Gangryong his art of Element of Thunder and Lightning (EOTL). A specialized set of lightning jutsu that make use of refined chakra that are only usable to those who know the proper breathing techniques. After just under a year of formal training, Yoochun leaves Gangryong to challenge an old rival. After 2 months without a work from his master, Gangryong is confronted by several foreign shinobi looking for Yoochun's student. After receiving the burnt and shattered bones of his master's right arm, Gangryong flees from the shinobi, only being able to loose them once he ran off to another village to participate in the chuunin exams.

At the present time, Gangryong continues to challenge stronger and stronger opponents, both to improve his skills, and to hone his abilities as the sole user of EOTL.

Roleplay Sample:
Gangryong stepped on top of the table and jumped off in front of the three. "Please do scream, I love it when they scream." Leaning down he took the tip of the sword and sliced across the mother's forehead as she let out a blood curdling shriek. As the blood trickled down her face, he flicked the sword, splatting the blood across the son's face. As he started crying, the father stood up and screamed as he charged Gangryong. Stepping forward, he thrust the sword into the father's stomach, and pulled the blade up through his chest, ripping through his collar bone as he dropped lifelessly to the ground. "Well there is the first one. Who's next?" He looked between the mother and the son, both crying profusely. Moving towards them, he grabbed the child by the back of his shirt and held him up to look him in the face. "I hope you've had a good life while it lasted you little punl." With a smile, he spun around and threw the child at the wall, cracking the drywall, but stopping at a layer of solid concrete, his skull cracking upon inpact, splattering the wall with a mixture of pink and red. "Very well i see." Looking back into the living room. "Isji, there's one left if you wish to join me for a little fun."

Agreed and APPROVED however please don't over do your rank as an A Rank chuunin, this would put you in a class similar to Naruto's in a strong shinobi but battle wise training is highly needed.

We've discussed this A-rank for chuunin problems. APPROVED, yet I will personally monitor your battle topics. As a Chuunin you can go and use this A-ranks as much as you can.
