Appearance: Mearii appears as a pale, slim, young girl with long, black hair past her waist. She has vibrant hazel eyes and a very bright smile that is hardly shown.

Clothing:
Genin (current)
When she is a genin, she wears a classic Shiotsu's heir outfit, including a short kimono tied back with a red sash. She wears classic shinobi sandals and her headband on her head like a headband.

Spoiler:

Chunin/Missing-nin
When chunin, she does not wear her headband because she feels that the village has betrayed her. She decides it is best to throw her attire away and be known as the Last Shiotsu at last. To show she seeks vengeance on those who leave marks against her.
She now wears a mini black dress with red short shorts, a dark red vest that breaks off near the waist with a black sash. She wears black arm warmers and pale red knee high socks with shinobi boot like sandals.

Shippuden Missing-nin
Mearii has grown over the few years and changes her outfit a bit. Wearing a dark red shirt that breaks off at the waist, she also wears a half, zip up jacket with red lining. She wears a black corsette like attatchement to tighten around her waist and a pair of black pants. She wears strap up boots and arm warmers.

Personality: Mearii is seen as a generally happy person. She always has a smile on her face and is easily making friends. She knows what is right and what is wrong and when to hide emotions. Most of her happiness is fake, yet she keeps herself going, striving to be stronger. She can be angry at times and lash out if she gets stressed enough, but usually is generally never showing malice.
