On the belt there is multiple pouches for holding tools, and he wears a fingerless glove on each hand, black. The gloves are made of wool, but each has an iron plate on the back for blocking weapons. The shirt and pants are both made of Black cotton/ polyester blend fabric.
Personality: A quiet man, Arandor doesnt usually conversing with people, and is often seen alone. He Belives that keeping secrets is considered a lie, and when confronted, says anything and everything on his mind. Many people consider him rude, but he considers himself simply honest. He prefers to train alone, thinking that anyone bothering to try and help him will only get in his way. He doesnt like working in a team, and figures he is owed respect because of it. He isnt a bully, nor is he one to be bullied, but if he is protecting something he deems is worth the effort, he is resilient and unmoving. He wants very little, but has the drive to get anything and everything he does want, and doesnt belive in wasting the effort in getting things he doesnt. In battle, he prefers to attack only when its worth wasting energy and chakra, and as such has been called an opportunist.

History/Background Story:
Birth Ark: Arandor was born into a nondescript Family in the Cloud village proficient in using Lightning jutsu. He began to learn thunder jutsu as early as 7, and before that he participated in many training excersises that envolved speed and chakra control. In preperation to enter the ninja academy, he spent many nights training up late. His parents encouraged this, much to the dismay of some of the other nearby families. His oddly colored eyes are somewhat offputing to some of the villagers, and as such was put into a semi-exile from the rest of the nearby villagers. He prefered it this way. One particular event that stands out in Arandor's memory was when a young acadamy student decided to pick on Arandor. This was shortly before he went into the acadamy himself. The foolish student tried using a jutsu on him, and failed, but the jutsu Aran used didnt, and the kid never bothered him again.
Academy Ark: Arandor got mainly good grades in the academy, and never had too much trouble doing the jutsu the teacher asked him to do. The other students tried picking on him because of his eyes, and shortly learned that he didnt care. Labeled a freak by the rest of the class (and somewhat by the teacher as well) he studied quietly and passed the academy with flying colors. He then spent the last few years doing self training, and only recently has he strived to become a Chuunin. He regards the Chuunin exams a waste of time, because he feels if one is strong enough to be a Chuunin, he shouldnt have to prove it by defeating those weaker than himself.

Arandor stared up at the sky, daring the Thunder clouds to strike him. He was angry, Angrier than he had been his entire life. He wanted to rip, to tear, to maim. But no one was there. There will never be anyone here again. He fell to his knees, begging the thunder to strike him, and silently mourning the fate that his family had just suffered. He would not let this go unpunished, he would not let that beast get away. He would not let the monster get away, no, he would kill the ninja who had just killed his family.... (i know this sounds like sasuke, and i meant it that way, very similar personalities, and no this never actually happened to my character, just felt like showing him when something like this might happen.)
