Battle of the Kages (Orp)

After a bit of time that would seemingly stress out anyone sane, the Mizukage had had just about all that he handle without blowing up on one of his people. So with a bit of time to blow off steam, Naizu took to the forest and let out an enormous Canine like roar and howl seemingly at the same time. The cause of this was mainly commotion from within the clan and him having to play peace maker for the time being as well as immediately tending to multiple agendas and emergencies. All this happening within a couple hour span and he began to have enough of all the ruckus and runaround, the childishness of it all and yet, through it all he held his calm. That was at least, until one final interruption came to intervene with the man as he got his chance to return to the confines of his comfortable chair in office to take up on some reading to relax. It was nothing that would normally play a roll of annoyance to him, but at the time it happened, he had to leave for the sake of not hurting anyone. A couple kids were playing outside in the street with rocks and a stick playing a little pitch and hit with them. Unfortunately one of the rocks found its way through the office window and upside the Nimakee leaders head, sending him into a rage of frustration that amounted to him shattering the rest of the glass as he launched the rock back out, and out of sight. A glare came from him as the kids scattered immediately upon seeing his eyes piercing into theirs, as he walked to the forrest and to his current position. His eyes, now in their third state, stared profusely out in seemingly no particular area and yet caught a glimpse of something slowly approaching his area. He squeezed his fists and tightened his teeth as he assumed that someone had followed him to his current location for more bad news and in a seemingly semi-demonic voice spoke aloud, "What...the hell...do you want?!!"


Heavens Vision: At this state, the possessor can cast genjutsu on up to a hundred enemies at once for 10 min intervals. Determining the number of targets and time duration, the chakra consumption varies. All attributes from the previous two stages are also aplied as well as the priminitons accuracy increasing to upwards of 90%.

Kiero Uchiha, the Clan's current clan leader assumed aggressiveness when one day he decided to attack the Mizukage of Kirigakure no Sato all by himself. He arrived at the village secretly, but being unnoticed is hard if the only way to get in, is in those huge gates infront of Kiero. It was heavily guarded, first he destroyed the village's gate and went in. The Chuunin Squad tasked to guard it quickly surrounded the unsuspecting Kiero. Yet those we're only pawns compared to Kiero's power. With less than a minute all of the Chuunin's are already asleep. He fought hand-to-hand which is quite surprising, he could have killed them, nonetheless he just made them asleep. The moment he defeated the chuunin squad, he heard a wild growl echoing on Kirigakure. Kiero chuckled, " I think I've found who I'm looking for..." He followed where he sensed the chakra signature and where he heard the sound came from. Wasting no time, Kiero arrived in a forest. He had no trouble looking for the Mizukage because right now his already standing infront of him. And he looks very angry, like his not in the right state of mind. " You knew I was coming to kill you didn't you?..." he said in a mocking tone, like Kiero was trying to provoke the Mizukage to attack him right now. Kiero bowed his head for a split second, and when he raised it again his fully matured 3 tomoe sharingan was already active. For his keen eyesight saw the unusual look of his eyes. He felt no fear having the Mizukage up infront of him in this kind of state. " Well? shall we start?.." Kiero disappeared in a blur, swirling the leaves fallen from the trees high above the skies. The split seconds, two Kiero's appeared in the sky. One high above the sky tried to land a kick to the face of the Mizukage. But beforehand, another Kiero was already on his back, he was so near it would only took him 1 second to place a paper with symbols on his back. Although its not symbols of an explosive tag, it was kinda different. While the real one watched from a distance as he started his first plan, which if it doesnt work he will have to think of a new one.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu, 瞬身の術, literally "Body Flicker Technique"

Description:This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui?) , likely referring to this technique

It was obvious that the man wasn't serious with what he was doing so as opposed to chase the cat, he allowed it to come to him sort of speak. He could smell the scent of the approaching enemy and was able to monitor when the man made his clone (of which you forgot to place up that jutsu) making it relatively easy for Naizu to simply spin quickly. In doing so, he grabbed the arm spinning behind him and blasting him in the back fiercely before the tag touched him. "Well, I suppose I'll have a chance to blow off some steam with you huh? Kiero Uchiha, the one who people consider the most hot headed of the Uchihas, and I get to take him out...nice". Naizu allowed the man to descend to the ground and as the clone was now disposed of, dispursing directly after the Mizukage's attack. Naizu blinked as his eye now seemed glossy and though the rest of his eyes appearance seemed the same as he reached into his back pocket and pulled out a small scroll. He spun it on his finger a bit as he spoke, "Its annoying that Itachi didn't dispose of all of you as he thought he did, though I suppose you're still declining to a dismal amount. I wonder if you're as weak as Kush was...". Suddenly he slung open the scroll and slung it to the ground as springs of incredibly hot steam rushed towards Kiero as Naizu simply smiled.

Description:Naizu carries three different element scrolls types of these scrolls. When combined with a water and fire scroll, a massive three headed beast can be created with the appropriate hand signs. Alone, the scrolls have different abilities: Offense-When placed to the ground, the user applies his hand and steam springs from the ground in seprate random areas around the foe. Defense- A large area of steam covers Naizu and quickly solidifies into a wall of as strong as steel, 5 meters high and 4 meters wide.

Kiero chuckled from afar when he saw his first clone get beat up easily by the Mizukage, instead of getting surprised he showed signs of amusement as the Mizukage is failing upon his standards. Sadly what he failed to notice is the second clone of Kiero already upon the sky, sending a kick right into the chest of Naizu. But instead of a normal kick where after the back, the attacker usually follows it up. Instead the kick was powerful (due to charateristics) Naizu got planted on the ground, with the clone's feet still intact upon his chest, as if Kiero doesnt want Naizu to get up. From where he hid Kiero's face had a big smile, " Child's play? lol that's what you call Child's play Kiero version. " he spoke when he saw what happened to Naizu. He spoke again in a very low voice, " Now to implement childish moves... hahaha. " he quickly made 1 handseal, the tiger seal. Without warning the clone above Naizu exploded, with the strength of some explosive tags. The explosion happened less than a second when Kiero made the tiger seal, without giving Naizu a chance to even escape because it was a surprise attack even with a fast move speed. " Colorful..." he complimented when he saw the explosion commence. A shadow clone appeared beside him, without giving an order the shadow clone jumped from a tree above where Naizu exploded and spoke " It was destiny that I lived, it was fate that brought me to my current state I'm destined to make the Uchiha's powerful again... and Uchiha's like Kush who's utterly stupid are supposed to perish ..." he spoke in a mocking tone. Without warning again, the clone jumped towards the area where the explosion happened, there was still smoke in the area so it was zero visibility. Halfway in the air, he took out several explosive tags and activated it by himself, the explosive tags exploded in a larger radius just to make sure Naizu wont escape. The first explosion could have damaged him badly. " Hmmm..." he murmured.

( The steam attack was nullified because you we're attacked halfway. )

As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse

Description: The user will activate an explosion tag. Normally, the tag will be placed by them, so they know where it is and can easily activate it.

Strength, Speed, Agility:

Even with his average body mass, his strength is still somewhat above average, strength that only a man with huge muscles can do. It probably is the result of his extensive training. A proportionate of his strength is his speed and agility. WIth a not so large weight, he is able move very fast and at the same time change direction using his agility. His speed includes the ability to move from one place to another as if his displacing himself. And due to his abnormal strength, Kiero is able to parry with a guy bigger than him without having such troubles. Because of his agility, he is able to evade attacks more proficiently and easier than others.

Naizu's bad mood seemed to dissipate as he was presented with the opportunity to actually release some tension against the man. A kick to the chest as the clone had done would typically knock the wind out of most people, but Naizu allowed the man to hit him so he was able to brace himself thought the man knocked him to the ground . The moment the mans clone kept its foot on Naizu chest, while he was on his back, it was fiercely disposed of as with out warning it was sliced through by a sword that continued its ascending and met the falling clone with a piercing shot that instantly disposed of it as well. As the sword took care of the clones, Naizu slung open a scroll and placed it to the ground as he could see the mans plan as it unfolded at a slowed pace. A large wolf of water quickly wrapped itself around Naizu from the scroll that was used as multiple explosions went off covering the area with smoke. The sword was engulfed in the smoke and when it began to clear, there was no sign of it, but rather four separate balls of intensely heated large balls of water shooting at the man in hiding from different angles. Four Naizu's would emerge from the smoke as the users of the jutsu though the actual one was now high above on a branch from a distance and reunited with his trusty sword at his waist. "Hmmm, an exploding clone, and exploding tag to get this thing kicked off huh? I suppose two can play that game but I'm not in the mood for fire works" he said under his breath. When the explosions went off, Naizu was protected and after they finished, he made his regroup via out the back of the smoke and up the back of a tree. As he watched from his perch above he began to store chakra in his left eye and simply muttered to himself "Just in case"

Alone, the scrolls have different abilities: Offense-Naizu Slings this scroll into the air opening it, as a large mass of water is sent into the air and diburses into chakra shapening water kunai. Defense- A large wolf made water wraps around Naizu like shield made of intense densified water that will slow down, if not catch attacks on Naizu.

Description:This is similar to the fireball jutsu accept its water base. Not only will the water burn but it also has a furious force behind it. Upon hitting something, the ball will explode and the water will burn anyone thats hit with the splashing water or the water ball it self.
