Description: Kouka wells up his emotions and starts to build up an angry guise. Once his anger is unstable, he raises his index finger and taps his head. immediatly following, a huge red ball flies at the target, inflicting no damage, just placing them into the illusion. The Illusion is very demented. It is made up of many fiery visions. There are huge volcanic volcanoes, forests aflame, pools of lava and magma, and many more abysmal fire based terrors. This illusion can be easily broken after the target has at least been burn one to two times in this illusion. What happens is that after the target has been burned and mentally tortured and huge pool of water is created in the illusion and many streams, tributaries, and rivers flowing out of it. The target needs only touch the water before the are freed.

Be sure to know, that since it is just a genjutsu, the burns are only a illusion as well, so the burns they take are just illusions.

Description: KOuka personally mastered fireball jutsu and upped it upp a few levels. Kouka does the normal hand seals for the greater fireball jutsu, but at the end he adds an extra ox, dragon, and boar seal to it changing the jutsu entirely to a way stronger form. Kouka wells the fire in his mouth and then shoots it up into the air. After a few moments the sky reddens and soon molten balls of fire start shooting down from the sky. This jutsu is powerful and each fireball is stronger than the second form of fireball jutsu.

Second Raining down from the sky only A, that should at least be s rank, also reword it so your not referring to a molten substance.

I see that fine to be an A rank Talis, he just needs to put how big the area of effect is.

(Put how wide it falls, as well as a little more info. Is it just 1 sheet of fireballs? How big are the fireballs?)

Fire ball jutsu= A rank, any upgrade should be a higher rank, if a fire ball storm of that level is A rank with references to molten lava, then maybe we should pull all the jutsu's down a rank, with it's current set up it's an S rank.
