Info:the steel used on it is so thin because ity is extremely hard to break...it is made for attacking, and it will gto thrwew anythign.....it is well balanced and is pretty good at defense...it can take skill to use this weapon because it may hit you aswell...i am the only person to own this weapon, and its because i made it long ago in academy school...

This will not work, Reason, only chuunin and above can use rank B meaning genin below can only use rank C. Not enough detail, and it cannot go through anything, because if it could it would be extremely cheap and GOOD at defense, if you swung it in circles at high speeds. OPed because usually weapons cannot grow as thick and as thin as they want.
