Description: Ghost pulls two lightning bolts from the sky into something inanimate be it a stick a log or a rock. The lightning charges it with high intense energy and throws it at the enemy. if it strikes it sets off a electric explosion much like a little electric bomb causing shock and cuts. if it misses as it's flying by it will burn with a blinding light hurting the enemies eyes for 1 post. (Must be looking at the weapon if it misses to be blinded.) | |

Okay it is physically impossible for your character to do this, he has no kkg revolving around lightning, or storm, etc. Yes you do have ninjutsu and your specialty is lightning, but that revolves around you and your raiton chakra. Secondly, even if this were to be approved, lightning bolts from the sky would destroy a log or a stick, you may want to rework this a bit.
