Abilities: Has the ablity to be infused with Raiton Chakra to leave a shock to enemy's. When the user has great chakra control he can make the blade longer,well not the blade but use his/her Raiton chakra to make a chakra extension to the sword.

Info: This sword is fully functional and is sharp. Its 30'' long stainless steel blade is sharpened on both sides in a distinctive lightning bolt design - and has a brush finish.

First of all, you don't have Kenjutsu [Swordsmanship] as a specialty. Good thing you are not approved yet, so go change your weaponry specialty into Kenjutsu.

Secondly, the sword can't be D ranked. Make it C, please. That's all. ^^

Weaponary Rule #2

2/ You have to start with a simple weapon, for instance, no elemental weapons, unless you have weaponry as a skill specialty . You can be trained by a higher ranked ally to have an elemental weapon.

Kitsuke, he has Kenjutsu as a skill specialty, meaning that he can have the sword.

Then this sword must be B-Rank, but he will still be able to use it since he has Kenjutsu. BUT still he needs to fix the rank before I reapprove.
