Tarnish walked through the village streets, enjoying the hustle and bustle of the passing people. Talon the falcon soared above, content to drift on the warm breezes overhead. Tarnish passed many people haggling for lower prices. For some reason, he loved every minute of it. He never felt more at home than he did at that very moment, strange considering his early childhood. The thought of his family made him frown, but he shook his head, determined not to be disheartened. He made a silent vow to visit his family's grave that week.
Tarnish plopped himself down in a nearby bench, leaning backwards. Talon screeched above him, but Tarnish ignored him. He was doing one of his favorite things in the world: people watching. He would watch the people go by, and if he saw any cute girls, he would go talk to them. Other then that, he enjoyed seeing the different people that the village had to offer. It amazed him what some people would wear out of the house, and he often got a silent laugh. Sometimes, his laugh wasnt so silent, and he got into trouble. This might have been one of those times. He saw a woman passing by in the most ridiculous outfit. He couldnt help himself, and burst out laughing. Tears streamed from his face as he doubled over on the bench laughing his head off. He was so busy laughing he didnt see the person walking up to him.
((and cue the other person!))
