Walter's good byes

Walter was looking around with a bored look. He walked out of the village and lifted his hand. He gave the middle finger to the village and walked away.

The beamed down on on the entire area. A time where the hokage could rarely take a little break and walk through the village. It was also one of those times where you rarely see others on your way out. Ryu was on his way back to village, when he stopped to see the shinobi standing out side. Throwing up the finger to the gates the village and turned around. Only to meet eye to eye with the Kage, who through chance had taken offense with the actual problem. But instead of just lashing out, which in a sense was instinct he instead put on a small smile while stopping on the dirt road. Putting an awkward tension between him and the shinobi. "Something bothering you." The sentence was nice enough, but the situation it would create was much more serious.
